Dress size 14 - Street Size 12. Dress pics??

I'm a street size 12. I was told I was between 14 and 16 and decided to go with a bigger size to be safe. Turns out it was better because I need that extra room now

I'm a street size 8 and ordered a size 14. It's supposed to be in this month and I'm so excited for it. You will find something I promise! I actually almost went with a form fitting but fell in love with a fuller A line. Rock it girl and have fun. Don't worry about your size!

I'm a size 10/12 normally but wear a size 14 wedding dress. I felt bad about it at first but Bridal and fancy dresses in general run very small.

@Norma I got it from Tiffany's Bridal. I would tell you who the designer was, but I haven't even the slightest clue. I tried on 3 dresses (this was the third) and threw in the towel because I was so disinterested. I'm the worst bride. Haha

That range of street sizes vs. wedding dress sizes is vast! Some designers are pretty on point but some are way off. (Like myself) My dress is Justin Alexander and it was ordered in a size 16. I tried in a 12 in the store that zipped and buttoned but was definitely too tight to party in. I normally wear a dress size 6 or 8.

Dont get overwhelmed by dress sizing it is wayyy off and varies by designer. My cousin who is literally a size 2 at most had a size 10 dress so go figure
