Dress Outtakes. Show me the rejects!

My rejects weren’t bad, they just weren’t me! Too much like something I wore when I was 12 overly modest in my good spots, and a little too “modern prairie” if that makes sense

I have o many I hated haha The first place I went shopping my consultant was AWFUL! she didn't bring me anything in my budget or anything I liked and didn't offer suggestions either. Here is one of my rejects.

Loved the back but hated the rest VERY UNFLATTERING LOL I like the back

I tried on a total of 15 dresses between 2 different appointments at two salons with my mom. I liked a lot of them - but eventually only loved 1! It was a hard choice because they are all so beautiful but here are a few of my rejects. I tried on Stella York, Christina Wu, Maggie Sottero and Rebecca Ingram and ended up choosing a fit and flare by Rebecca Ingram! Almost chose the last dress - but wanted a dress with floral lace and found that with the Rebecca Ingram Nancy dress!

I HATE the feel of satin and, similar to you, told my entourage to pick a dress out of my comfort zone. (Because you never know right?) Whelp. I knew alright... This was NOT the dress for me haha.

Unfortunately I don't have any actual pictures of my reject dresses, only screenshots because my aunt only took videos! They're not very good quality either
I will say, however, going back and watching the clips (and seeing the photos of the dress I did pick) I have no regrets about the dress I ended up picking! Enjoy my rejects, Haha!

Too much dress for me!!!

Definately gorgeous but everyone has their own tastes! The strapless was my second favorite and then the third favorite but for many reasons, these didn't make the cut!

I actually have not gone dress shopping yet. However, before we got engaged we went thrift store hunting one day and found this dress and he said take a picture with it. We thought it would be funny to tell everyone we went Goodwill hunting and I said yes to the dress! Lol

Here are a few of mine. I went into shopping wanting a simple a-line and knew I did NOT want a mermaid or fit and flare... and what did I end up liking the most? Fit and Flare/Mermaid with a good amount of detailing (complete opposite)

This was a rejection simply do to price point. I ended up going to one of the crazy clearance sales and finding something similar for a fraction of the cost so had to do. I also went in thinking I wanted lace with minimal poof but stuck with my CANNOT BE ITCHY though.

These were all a no but dress number 3 was a top contender until I found my dress
