    I really want to add color for the underskirt. My dress will be all white and the designer couldn’t make a green overlay (only blue) so I really want a green underskirt!

    I'm adding straps because I'm just not a big fan of strapless dresses. My hair isn't long and won't be coming down over my shoulders so it just feels like so much open space on my chest.
