Do you wear your engagement ring when you sleep and take a shower?

I take mine off when I shower and go to the gym. I've gotten to a point where I keep hitting it on the wall when I sleep which makes me nervous about it coming lose from it's setting so I am going to slowly stop wearing it at night too.

Mine is never off my finger (unless I'm doing something for work)

I always have mine on, unless I am dealing with cleaning products.

I occasionally take mine off to shower, but that's 50/50. I never take mine off when I go to bed though.

I only take my ring off if I am cleaning or doing something "icky" like mixing meatloaf or meatballs.

Don't take it off for anything. I know that it will be damaged overtime, but I see the ring as a representation, and it's going to go through life with me!

Haven't removed my ring since the day FH put it on.

I can't wear my ring to work so I put it on when I come home at night and take it off before I get in the shower in the morning. On the weekends I wear it all the time except the shower (the soap and shampoo stick to it and make it dirty).

The ONLY time i take mine off is when i'm putting on lotion, or handling food that gets all over my hands (i'm a freak about meat and worry meat germs will get caught in it and make me sick somehow haha) but ive left mine at the tanning salon before bc i take it off when i put lotion on so i am a freak about wondering where its at. and plus, FH gets super upset if he finds it off my finger lol. 'youre gonna lose this damn thing nicole!!!'...heeeeeee is prolly right. so no i try to never take mine off! i have the luxury of having an ultrasonic cleaner at work, so if its nasty i just throw it in some windex in a bag and clean it.

I take mine off when I take a shower cuz it slides around a lot and gets tangled in my hair. I sleep with it though. Showering is like the only time I take it off. And when I put on lotion.

I take all my jewelry off at night, my ring goes into the little velvet box it came in which sits inside my larger jewelry box. After my shower in the morning I put all my jewelry back on. The only time I take it off other than that is when I put lotion on my hands during the day and then I put it right back on.

Showering, lotion, washing dishes can be too abrasive and I want this ring to always look nice.

I take it off when I am at the gym because it spins and I am afraid I will damage it with a weight or something and I also take it off when I cook. I started sleeping with it on because I was forgetting to put it back on in the morning then panicking at like 10:30 when I realize it is not on my finger. I shower with it on because it keeps it clean since I use a ton of goopy lotion haha!
