I'm always a little insecure about pronouncing his name wrong though both his mom and sister say it slightly differently too so I shouldn't be. Yay for fun Ukrainian names!

We use pet names. Full names once in a while when we're being extremely sentimental. My SIL and her husband almost always use each others full first name and middle name.

Never, unless I'm mock scolding him. I call him baby most of the time, and then other pet names, but I call him by his last name often too, bc that is how he originally introduced himself. Dyer. It suits him

Usually just joking but not really mad - he actually has four names 🤦🏻‍♀️ (Two first names, middle, and last name) so its usually too big of a mouthful to say lol.
