Do you think a seamstress could alter this neckline?

It definitely looks like it can be altered. Did the shop have someone they recommended? I’d suggest just contacting a seamstress and showing them pictures. Beautiful dress! Good luck!

Yes! Well, at least I think so.
My mom is a seamstress and I had a dress with that kind of neckline. She altered it for me.

I would definitely second Jessica’s advice and recommend you contact some local seamstresses. Share a picture of your dress and explain what you would like to do alterations wise. They would be in the best position to recommend if this is something that can be done with all their experience
