Do you send invites to the wedding party?

I was just wondering what the proper etiquette is on this. I know the wedding party is coming but do you still send them an invitation? Some of them have spouses so I would need to know if they are coming.

I am a BM in two weddings this summer and received the invites for both. They really should get them.

My oldest sister made/printed/addressed ours invites for us and she made fun of me for having her address them to our wedding party!! Mostly I feel better know seeing I was right and she was wrong! haha

Yes, definitely send them. You'll need to know if they plan on bringing a date, and if you're having a plated dinner, you'll need them to indicate which entrée they want.

Yes. I even sent one to my maid of honor who was living with us when the invites went out

Yes, you will want to send invitations to your bridal party as well. They will still need to determine their food choice (if you are having a plated meal), and give you the names of those who are attending (to determine the reception seating)
