We have similar schedules, so we're usually going to bed at the same time unless one of us has the day off the next day.

Almost always. We have nightly and morning rituals, so even if we don't "go to sleep" at the same time, we put the other to bed. But we almost always go to sleep at the same time to get the full nightly ritual of ending our day together.

Never on weeknights. He works early mornings, I work dinner shift. I usually go to bed as he's waking up, simply because he gets up at 3:30, and I usually get home around midnight.

It's awful, but we're used to it... it'll probably be strange when it eventually shifts...

Only on the weekends. During the week he gets up 2-3 hours before I do and I have to stay up to take out the dog before bed.

Usually we are Bed together at the same time but he would fall asleep first as he gets up at 5:30am and I work from home so I don’t have to get up until 10:20am

We almost never go to bed at the same time. I always stay up a little later watching tv or on social media. It’s my little alone time that I take since everyone is sleeping.

Sometimes! He's more of a night owl and it's normal for him to stay up until 3-4 am. Me on the other hand, 12 - 1 am is my max Smiley laugh

Almost never for us. My fh is a night owl. I prefer to have a traditional bed time and wake up time, especially with two young daughters. You know what they say, up and at em!!

Sometimes! I work three nights a week, so we aren’t only gone together the other 4 nights.. but on those nights it’s even a toss up. Sometimes he passes our on the couch while we watch a movie, but we always get Bed together when I’m home.

We do now. When my partner was a brand-new teacher (and, that same year, dealing with a horrible, abusive boss), her sleep schedule was completely erratic. She would crash at 7 or 8pm, wake up at 2am, go back to sleep at 3, and wake up again at 5 or 6.

Now that both of those stressors are gone (she’s tenured and at a different school), we have pretty much the same sleep schedule. We both go to bed around 11-12am and wake up around 7am on weekdays. I sleep in on weekends—usually until 10 or 11 😬—but she tends to still get up early.

We always go to bed at the same time, but I go in later to work, so I usually stay up later.

Sometimes. I need way more sleep than him, so he usually comes to bed at least an hour after me.

Sometimes, every other week he's at work when I'm in bed.
