Check Facebook Marketplace regularly. A lot of brides sell their wedding décor/centerpieces/etc. on there after their wedding. I've seen some really amazing deals on there and have even purchased through FB marketplace myself. Good luck and congratulations on your engagement!

Yes! It's great for figuring out a color scheme, especially when you're like me and have absolutely no clue where to start! Also fantastic for getting DIY project ideas. Such a big help.

You can do DIY crafts with Artificial Flowers. Artificial is just as good and still looks real. That's what my sister is doing!

Buy little things here and there. I saved hundreds of dollars doing sola wood flowers and arranging my own bouquets and what not. I was getting quotes for 700-1000 for centerpieces and bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages. I bought $150 dollars worth of sola wood flowers, paints and craft supplies and did 5 bridesmaid bouquets, a bridal bouquet (16" its massive), 7 boutonnieres and 2 corsages plus extras for decorations (and I plan on selling bouquets in my etsy shop with extras as well). I bought fake flowers for another maybe $50 for my centerpieces.

Also I DIYed all my decorations using pinterest (I also work at lumber store where we specialize in live edge slabs and what not) so I got good deals on wood for centerpieces and decorations. I saved myself probably **** DIYing a lot of things. I also made my veil, headpiece, and bridal party gifts and what not. Also used Vista Print for save the dates and invitations (save the dates cost $50 and invites/return labels cost $70) compared to some quotes of $300 for the two items.
