When my FH proposed to me he set it up in Christmas Eve and "Santa" (my uncle) passed out gag gifts to all of the adults in brown paper lunch bags. My ring was the last present and was in a brown paper lunch bag (in a box). I was debating tying the paper lunch bag into the wedding somehow because I thought it was a really unique idea. Any ideas?

My bags for the candy buffet are slightly similar to lunch bags. Maybe something with the favors?

Have your ring bearer carry the rings in a lunch sack. Bonus points if he pulls out carrot sticks too.

Aw I love the idea of the ring bearer carrying the rings in the bag...so your wedding ring and engagement ring follow the same theme! You could also use them as favor bags...do a cookie bar and let everyone stock up their lunch bag with the cookies?! Whatever you do, make sure that you explain to your guests. Nothing drives me more crazy than wondering about a certain tradition or decision...I like to know these fun and unique stories! Make a sign or put the story in your programs or something!

You CAN print on brown paper lunch bags btw... when I figured this out, it was definitely a 'DUH... Why didn't I think of that EARLIER' moment!

I love the idea of the ring bearer carrying the rings in the PB & the idea of incorporating it into the favor's somehow. This cute little trick your fiance played on you could really turn out to be very budget friendly!!
