I just figured this out for your post. Minus rings and honeymoon just over $150. I had no idea! I got several hookups too including free open bar! Geez weddings are expensive.

With everything from the church to the venue fees to the stationery and our attire - looks like $181. That makes me cringe, but for our location and what we're getting, I think that's a lot better than it could have been.

It depends on how you calculate it. If you count all the wedding expenses (including travel expenses, marriage license, officiant, ceremony, dresses, photographer, etc.), it comes out at $167 per guest. If you're counting only the expenses for the reception, it's a little under $50 a guest. We had some very large fixed (not per-guest) expenses.

Everything except for rings and honeymoon = $60 per guest

If you're only counting food, drinks, favors, STDs, and invites = $40.50 (roughly)

Completely all-inclusive will probably be around $100.00 per person. But without dress, honeymoon, rings, and a few other things, it will be closer to $75-$80

Roughly 70, assuming all 90 people show up. If not, we're looking at closer to 100/pp

We were $98.91 per person for 60 people. That total is dinner and booze for both nights, DJ for both nights, welcome bags, favors, candy buffet, Italian pastry buffet, wedding cake, grooms' cake; STDs; Invites; and Programs; decore; linens; china/glassware/flatware rental and paper products for welcome dinner.

Mrs. Carole M italian pastry buffet that's an awsome idea. Do you mind if I ask what you had and what it cost? was it a DIY or through a bakery?

Venue alone includes catering I'm at $55PP

I'm not including dress & invites or anything because those cost were very minimal.

Everything minus the rings, honeymoon, and dress equals $95 per person. Some of that is just estimates though. The total will be probably end up being closer $100-$105 per guest.
