I agree, Sara, sides are always good! Lot's of complimentary options to have with the seafood, beef, and/or chicken main entree, something for everyone!

Our menu isn't set just yet. Our first choices so far are: Chicken (chicken francaise), beef (prime rib), fish (salmon), and a vegetarian option. We're going to a tasting at our venue next month!

We had chicken Marsala, filet mignon, and butternut squash ravioli. A little something for everyone; we wanted to make sure all our guests were able to eat. And for those who had allergies, we had a place on the rsvp card to list them to make sure they were addressed.

I always do chicken and we’re not even having that as an option at ours. We are having beef tenderloin and salmon on the main buffet and pulled pork and shrimp on the grits bar.

We had a buffet, so we had chicken, beef, and a vegetarian option.

When I pick a plated meal, I usually pick beef.

We're doing a buffet so there will be plenty of options. When we go to weddings we both usually pick the chicken since neither of us eats beef or likes seafood. And the vegetarian option usually sounds kinda boring.

I did one time ask for the kid's option because none of the main courses appealed to me and I wasn't very hungry anyway. My chicken fingers ended up being better than the adult chicken dish. Smiley xd

Hi Nicole! Your menu lineup sounds delicious! I love seafood and the idea of shrimp & scallop skewers for an option is great! Everything's more fun as skewers. Smiley laugh Smiley heart

Our menu isn't set yet, but we're currently planning on beef, salmon, and vegetarian. FH and I are both vegetarian, and honestly if a wedding or other event didn't have a vegetarian option other than salads/sides we would have to leave early to find food we could eat!
