Favorite food station?

What’s your favorite food station? Pasta, taco, carving, something else entirely? Are you having a special food station at your wedding? If you could have any food station at your wedding reception, what would it be?

I am not having a food station so to speak at my wedding, but our favor is popcorn, so we will have a popcorn bar!
I would DIE over a mac and cheese bar. Die. Actually, all these stations sound great so if someone has extra room on their guest list and is having a station-based wedding, I'm your girl!

I went to a wedding once with a mashed potato bar, similar to the picture, and I thought it was such a fantastic idea! Absolutely loved that idea, especially since I'm quite partial to mashed potatoes.

We aren't planning on a food station at our wedding (though we are planning a buffet meal), but we are planning on having an Apple Cider bar (since we have an October wedding, and I LOVE Apple Cider). There will be caramel, and cinnamon sticks, and all sorts of of other items suited for apple cider.

I'd definitely go for a Mashed Potato bar if it fit our German Cuisine Buffet meal, but sadly, it does not.

We had a grits bar at our wedding. It was the best decision ever and it was the food station I wanted the most.

I went to a brunch wedding once that had both an omelette station and a Belgian waffle station. That was the best wedding ever. They also had a coffee bar and a mimosa bar.

We’re having stations at our wedding! We currently are doing a carving station, pasta station, maybe a shrimp and grits and salad station (currently undecided, but we get 4 choices). Our venue has a lot of stations to choose from: sushi station, taco station, stirfry station, burrito bowl station, etc. so it’s been so hard to choose all that yummy food lol!

Lactose free mashed potatoes station! Sweet, and "regular", with non-dairy gravies, sour cream and cheese.... and yes, "real" gravies, sour cream and cheese! Lol!

Shannon, I LOVE the idea of a brunch wedding! Did they do the waffles as dessert in place of a traditional wedding cake? Or still a cake too?

Sounds so unique & of course, can't go wrong with a mimosa bar! Smiley heart

They had donuts and pastries instead of cake. They also had a buffet that had sausage, bacon, hash browns, gravy and biscuits and tons of other things. It was by far the best wedding food I have ever had.
