Chicken or Beef?

We are doing a brunch theme so we will have a variety of different options - I can't decide if I'm more excited for the omelet station or the waffle bar!

We had chicken, beef, and a vegetarian option. I usually choose beef at weddings! Texas girl at heart haha.

There aren't too many beef eaters among my guest list so we're having chicken, seafood and vegetarian options.

We are doing barbecue with chicken, brisket, and I’m hoping there will be some steak bc I want steak at my wedding! I told my fiancé if he wanted all the diff meats he’d have to pay extra and he was fine with that. We’ll know our menu better when we meet with the caterer in March.

Unless upscale venue, I’d be worried to order seafood. I’d order beef or vegetarian if it was pasta!
