Deal breaker. I will not stay with someone that has to find solace in someone else, sexually. If you cannot talk to me and explain what is making you feel the need to cheat, don't bother staying in my life.

100% deal breaker. It already broke up my family and messed up my childhood. Not going to put my future kids through that too

DEAL BREAKER!!! I attempted to let it slide with my ex, for 4 years. I found out time and time again that he isn't going to change! Thankful my FH has never, and would never, put me in that situation!

I agree that is a deal breaker, but like someone said in a previous post, if it happened many years ago and is not a pattern, I might be willing to work it out.

Deal breaker, no negotiation. I do believe that people can change, but that doesn't mean they deserve a second chance. Once it happens, it's done.

Deal breaker, this is one of the biggest betrayals of trust there is.

Depends on how serious the relationship was you cheated in. If it was a middle school puppy love then I'm not worried, but if it was a serious adult relationship DEAL BREAKER.

Deal breaker. I used to be naive and was walked all over but this is the thing that will ruin it for me. Trust is vital and when that’s ruined theirs nothing for the relationship to stand on

Deal breaker. I don't believe in the saying "once a cheater, always a cheater" though.

    It depends on the details.

Red flag: One time thing with someone else before we met, and he showed genuine remorse, I wouldn't worry.

Deal breaker: If it was multiple times with multiple partners, then it would be a deal breaker for me.

I told DH before I married him.

    1. No cheating in any form (I consider flirting as cheating too)2. No drug3. No smoking
If he did one of those, I am GONE, for good. No exception. Especially cheating. I think it’s SUPER GROSS to have sex with anyone who had sex with someone else and go back to me. I don’t accept that. Never. No. No matter how much I love DH, if he slept with anyone else, hence even kiss someone else in the mouth. Yuckkkkk......No, sorry. I emphasize this to DH multiple times.
Good thing we never had sex with anyone else before we dated. I met him at 16, he was 21. 24 years passed, and I don’t feel like missing anything. We keep our sex life 🔥
