Hi! I recently booked our wedding aboard the Carnival Victory. We chose to do the ceremony at sea and the Carnival Classic Gold package so we can have a little extra time/drinks/appetizers with our guests. I’m not sure how the whole planning part goes. I was told I would receive a phone call within 10 days of booking (it’s been 14 and still nothing) and I’ve also heard that a packet comes in the mail with all the details to pick out. We’re still 9 months out from the wedding, so I’m not overly concerned about the lack of information/material just yet. How’s the whole process going for you? View Quoted Comment Well we booked in October and within about a week I received an email with the attachments of the wedding contract and all of the other paperwork with specific details and decisions we have to make prior to sailing. About the same time the vendor that handles the wedding details like flowers, decor, etc. emailed me a login which allows you to choose any extra decorations or flowers you may want for your ceremony. So if you haven’t received any of that you may want to contact carnival if you’ve made any payments. They definitely wanted the contract signed and returned within a month so look in your email or spam if you haven’t received anything.
