September 19th. We are still full steam ahead, but I get more and more worried every day. Thankfully our families are mostly local-ish. And most guests are fairly healthy, haven't lost jobs, etc. So I'm feeling...ok? Maybe 50/50 that it will happen as planned?
I almost wish my wedding was sooner so I'd KNOW I'd need to postpone. Our venue only does Saturday and Sunday weddings, so I'm pretty sure they're booking up super fast for next year already.
None of our vendors have reached out to say anything. I guess no news is good news? I'm planning on sending them an email later this week telling them that for now we plan to wait and see, but maybe to ask them what their policies are? The uncertainty is killing me.
Mine was supposed to be memorial weekend, we just pushed it to Labor Day weekend. Things should be ‘okay’ by June. Tons of our friends and family are industry and for everyone’s financial and physical well being, we postponed and our venue/vendors have all been incredible in changing the date with zero complications.

Oh thank goodness yeah we just changed our dates to September 4.
Labor Day weekend since it’s on a Friday then we can party all weekend some of our cousins birthday is during that weekend to might as well put all of it at once because of the pandemic right!! We had our suites made in the phillipines so we really had to change the date cause of the mailing situation also!
Hi there, so sorry you are going through this too, you're not alone! I've just posted a lengthy message regarding this issue. I think it would really help you to read it.
I’m end of October and this should all be blown over by then ❤️ It’s a day you planned for for such a long time, so continue planning and it’ll all work out.

I’m so glad you said that because I’ve been feeling guilty about being sad that I can’t partake in some of these experiences, while also recognizing the state of the world right now.
