I was quoted for a 3 tierd cake, that feeds 100 people, $150. But I didnt go with it because they dont have buttercream.

Cakes will be from $2.50 a slice to the roof. I have seen cakes at $10 a slice. CRAZY for a cake.

I think my daughter is having a 3 tier cake small in white cake for them to cut then sheet cakes in many flavors and brownies.

If it was cupcakes we would just make them.

I think the prices are crazy for cakes and cupcakes.

We are having 200 cupcakes and they are including a personal cake for the two of us for under $350. We are having 4 different flavored cupcakes with 2 different frostings. It seemed like a good deal...I hope!

I am spending $70 on mine and it's for a two tier cake and for the dessert bar $420 (including the price of the cake) the dessert bar will have cupcakes for 25, red velvet trifles for 25, and cheese cake bites for 25. I will probably throw in a couple dozen cookies just in case. I am having about 60-65 guests I think.

Cake is included in my venue contract and it is from our favorite bakery! I couldn't ask for anything better, plus I still get to design it!

Ours will be $3.50 a slice. So $350 for a hundred people for our wedding.

We're going through a speciality place that has the best wedding cake I've ever tasted. We were given an estimate of $4.75 per slice, and we're planning on spending about $800 after renting a cake stand and paying for delivery and set-up. We could have gotten something cheaper, but the taste just wasn't comparable. We're getting a 3-tier cake for about 150 people.

If you're looking to save money, I got some cupcakes through Sam's Club/CostCo for a bridal shower and they were inexpensive and very tasty.

This is going to be our wedding cake. The cost for this sized cake $700.00. The cost of the cake depends on the size of each tier and the decorations on the cake. This cake will serve 200+ people.

I got 150 cupcakes plus a small cutting cake for $280. Three different flavors each with a different filling and three different color frosting. Butter creme frosting with little fondant daisies on each cupcake. The cakes was amazing and so moist...it was a small company which is why i think the price was so good.

$315 for 150 cupcakes and a 10'' top tier to cut into. 4 flavors, all have the same design: white frosting (which will have a different flavor depending which cake flavor it is with) with a black fondant heart and our monogram piped in lime green frosting

Cakes are included in a lot of venues but a family is friend is doing our 3 tier, 100 people for $300. Not sure how much she usually charges. My brother is also a baker and for a dozen gourmet cupcakes his price is $50. He even makes some with top shelf alcohol!!! :-)
