Same boat... I'm not necessarily a 'traditional' wedding person, but I do have a sweet tooth. If I'm a wedding guest expecting cake, I at least want dessert. Not cheese or breakfast!

The cheese threw me for a loop, I've never heard of that??? I will have to go with the pancakes although that's weird for a wedding also.

Since those are the two options, we'd have stack of pancakes. FH doesn't like cheese enough to have it as our wedding cake.

Wheels of cheese definitely not. Pancakes don't work unless they're individual for everyone.

We're doing a Brunch wedding so the pancakes would have been super cute. But a bit of an overload with the Brunch food.
We did consider crumb cake or angel food cake! But, we ended up deciding with a regular old standard cake- but we're super excited for the flavors
