Nobody is having meetings because meeting are for companies. They aren't your employees or your slaves. Just text them the times. If they can be there, great, if not, who cares?

We talked about the cocktails we were drinking and the pool we were sitting beside because I invited my friends over for an afternoon by the pool not a committee meeting.

You do not need bridesmaids meetings. You don't need bridesmaids binders.

I honestly wouldn't bother with a bridesmaid meeting. I don't know about you but I don't have time to sit around and discuss other people's weddings with people I don't necessarily know and I'm sure my friends don't either. Call them if you want to chat or go to dinner or something one on one! Unless you guys are all friends then maybe just go to dinner together and not call it a "bridesmaid meeting".

My bridal party is scattered from Cali to South Carolina so no meeting. Even if we all lived here I wouldn't have one. If you want to do it that's your prerogative.

A meeting? That's highly unnecessary. Also, if I were a bridesmaid and was handed a to do list I would laugh in your face.

Wait, wait, wait. Shoe prices and hair prices and payment plans? No no no. The only thing they're required to buy is the dress.

Based on your comments, I would be completely fine being kicked out for laughing at your to do list. You're expecting far too much from your bridal party. The only thing that they are required to do is buy the dress and show up.

You do not get to make them pay for anything beyond a dress, even then you need to consider their budget. You are being what is known as a "bridezilla". You're being a terrible friend.

I would never dictate to my friends what they had to get done..that's awful..!!!! I asked my two girls who wanted tan, nails, makeup etc and then I arranged it for them. It's not their job to organise or do things for your wedding!!
