Bouquet Toss: Yea or Nay?

We’re doing it but I’m having everyone, single and married, participate. And I’ll also be giving a gift basket to the winner. I’ve always hated the idea of making a spectacle of single women.

I'm buying a tossing bouquet. Which is similar to my bridesmaids bouquets.

I always hated them when I was single, s No. The day after we had an outdoor party and cookout, 140 mostly family guests who stayed, and 153 of their kids. So we did a groom's cake with the kids, and let any kid who wanted to come up where we tossed the real Bridesmaid and 2 MOH bouquets, and mine, and 5 smaller ones from vase arrangements. Kids were happy. I noticed the 2 boys that caught one went running to their mother ir grandmother to give it to them. The girls all kept them.

We'll likely do that as well - have everyone participate.

Skipping it. I hate the bouquet/garter toss. I hate putting people on the spot and making people feel obligated to go up there. Plus there won't be a TON of single people there so I just feel like it's best to skip it

I'll be tossing a prop! My mom and I are DIYing the bouquets, and we accidentally messed up on one of them, so we are just using that one to throw! We figured why waste the money and time spent on what we already did. No one pays attention to that bouquet anyway!

I think we're going to skip it. Just about every wedding I've been to was before I met my guy and I hated being called out

My bouquet will be made of pine cones (winter wedding)... so i will definitely NOT be tossing it!! haha but i will make one that is similar to my bridesmaids to toss. it just adds fun for the attending women and makes funny pictures!!

We’re the first out of our friends to get married so were gonna do it !

We are skipping this. I plan on using my bouquet as part of our table decor for the reception.

Nope! I opted to exchange the toss bouquet for a better MOH bouquet

I think this is a very good idea!! It always seems more fun when there's a large group and the prize makes it even better!

Definitely wouldn't want to toss that lol!! I recently saw photos from a bouquet toss and they were hilarious!! The looks on everyone's faces were priceless and the photographer was able to capture a play by play!

Of course! I'm still trying to find the perfect song to do it with besides Single Ladies lol

Eh idk..I’m not planning on a big guest list so I think this could be a tradition we do without

I am tossing a small bouquet to the "single ladies" while my fiance has the "single guys" behind him and he tosses the garter! no digging under my dress and making me or him feel uncomfortable.

I am not going to toss. I don’t really have a specific reason why. To me it’s just kind of pointless. Most of my friends are already married anyway haha. But to each their own!
