Bouquet Toss: Yea or Nay?

Are you tossing your bouquet at your wedding, or skipping this tradition? If you’re tossing, will it be your actual bouquet or a prop? Photo by Ira Lippke Studios in New York, NY Next question: Garter Toss: Yea or Nay? Or start from the beginning here: Yea or Nay?

Skipping this! Literally, there are no single ladies at our wedding coincidentally Smiley xd so I'm just going to jokingly hand my bouquet to my MOH because she will end up being the next one to get married anyway!

It’s no secret I am very anti bouquet toss. Some of the most humiliating moments in my life were people harassing me to go up there bc I wasn’t married

I'm thinking about doing but not too sure. If I don't do the toss I will give the toss bouquet to my mom.

I will be doing this tradition but it will be a prop. They will not be playing tug-a-war with my bouquet lol

I think we've decided to do bouquet and garter tosses and the winners get a prize. Everyone at our wedding will be 21+ except 2 teenagers. There's also a lot of singles that we asked and they actually like the idea.

Most of the people we're inviting are either super young or already married, so we're skipping this.

I want to do it because it's tradition. But looking at our guest list there really aren't that many unmarried females who will be there so maybe I'll instead give the bouquet to the couple who's been married the longest

We will do this because my bridesmaids (some of the only single women that will be there) really wanted me to

I think this is most definitely a traditional thing that needs to stick around! It's just good clean fun and who wouldnt want some beautiful flowers on such a magical night! It you don't want to necessarily throw yours have a bouquet just for that!

I didn't do it because there were like three single women of the 150 people invited. My mom said I was over thinking it, but I just felt like that would make them uncomfortable

Nah. We don't have ANY singles at our wedding (last to get married FTW lol) and even if we did, I wouldn't do that to them.

I’m still undecided on this. We thought abt giving the bouquet to the longest married couple instead but aren’t sure..either way it will be a separate bouquet bc I’m not giving out my cascading bouquet lol

Yes keep your cascading bouquet lol!!

Someone mentioned doing the same thing and I think that is such a great idea! It's not something that's done often and it adds a nice touch to the reception!

Good point!! It's a little more fun when there are more people to make a crowd!
