I'm handling most of it myself! My godmother is a wedding planner but I feel so bad burdening her with a thousand questions, so I handle a lot of it. I'm having so much fun!
I'm planning my second wedding myself 🥰 with 5 kids (****) we have lots of ideas floating around! Lol We live in the Chicago area and planning a wedding in Naples, FL so that's been a bit of a challenge but nothing we can't handle.
I've also planned everything myself! I've enjoyed it a lot too. However, when we booked our venue it was 17 months out from the actual date so I really got a head start.

Oh how wonderful is that. Your grandmother being your wedding planner! But I can't blame you about not wanting to bother her with that but you know I do think that she would love every bit of helping you too plan your wedding. ❤️
I’m planning my own and to be quite frank, I have absolutely hated the entire process. Sorry to be the Debby downer of the group, but I just can’t wait for the day to get here so that I can be done with this chapter. After losing our first venue and starting the planning process all over, I just wanted to elope. My Fiancé talked me into planning a micro wedding so that we could have at least some family in attendance. However, he then left all planning up to me and I had absolutely no outside help. If the budget had allowed, I would definitely have hire a planner.

Planning a wedding on your own is not easy. It drains your mind. I feel the same I just want my wedding day to get here so I can stop stressing so much. We are getting married at Castle McCulloch in Jamestown NC and just getting that going is a headache and we are no where done.
Girl you and me both. Well, at least I'm not alone lol. I looked up the venue and it is absolutely beautiful! Congratulations and I hope your day is everything you imagine!
I'm planning everything myself this has to be a super budget event no money for planner we're not looking to do anything traditional probably find a nice spot on BLM land here in the Colorado mountains for ceremonial hand fastening then reception will be a camp over event on private property
