I’m doing it all on my own. I’m working as a nurse and taking classes to advance my skills. My fiancé is still working on his career, so we’re being frugal.
I'm planning my wedding and I have a day of coordinator to run the event. It hasn't been that stressful but definitely has been a lot of work. I see why people pay people to do this. It has definitely been a labor of love but I'm glad I did it. I'm looking forward to the day it all comes together.
It me! To the point of not wanting to pay a DJ (sorry not sorry, I have had bad experiences with DJs) that I've been working on all of my playlists since December. And I mean EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF MUSIC. But they're all done and our wedding isn't until the end of September.
I have honestly LOVED how personal I have gotten to make it all! And I get to make sure I only use vendors I have vetted myself and need. All of the flowers are even fake and I'm making all arrangements, but to be fair I have NO centerpieces (they're honestly not needed in my venue).
I only have a day of coordinator for setup and take down and to do things at the reception for us.

I to have my own playlist and I was talking to my fiancee about away of us playing or own music with a Dj and how to go about doing so. I'm doing all my flowers also. I'm doing my centerpieces also. We will have a day of coordinator that the castle offers. We are getting married October 21 of never year at a castle in Jamestown NC it's called Castle McCulloch. Truly I'm so ready for all this to happen so I don't have to stress so much.
My Fiancee and I are doing 90% of the planning..... We will be getting a Planner for the day before and Ceremony day. Where we're getting married, they are highly suggesting it
I am! I'm fortunate that I found an all-inclusive package with my wedding but there are still alot of things I have to plan. And I need to meet with the services covered in our package to make sure we get what we want on our wedding day! My mom and future mother in law are offering to help me so that I'm not so overwhelmed.
I did! I was nervous when it was going to be a big wedding, but when everything got downsized because of the pandemic, I felt a lot less stress. When I was looking at 115 people, I probably would have had to hire a day-of coordinator. It was a lot.
I planned my wedding and had a great time doing so. Due to the pandemic I had to plan everything twice. We did have a day of coordination that was with the venue to make sure everything went smoothly.
