I’m my own wedding planner! I can’t afford one.

Reading this thread it feels like I'm the only person who really enjoyed planning my wedding ! I wouldn't have let anyone else do it for the world. I feel it was part of the fun, thinking up all the little details and making everything as beautiful as possible. We even did our own flower arrangements with flowers purchased from regular shops rather than florists and it was one of my best memories (and one of our biggest savings too).

My husband was very involved and had lots of ideas, and he did really help me source cheap options for things. We were able to have a beautiful wedding on a small budget precisely because we thought outside the box and didn't use any of the traditional vendors.

I am planning mine myself. I guess it’s the need to be in control lol 😵‍💫. I will say that my venue being all inclusive is a huge help!!! Wishing all the other brides who are wearing the wedding planner hat good luck as well! ✨

I'm not going thru a florist either to much money I'm getting my flowers over line. Being price savay is very smart. My fiance'e is helping me out as well he has all these big ideas. We are getting married in a castle. Can't wait.

I am planning everything but I have enlisted the help of a Month-Of Coordinator. So I will have everything booked and ready to go so three weeks out from the wedding my coordinator becomes the point person for all vendors/contacts. Hopefully this helps me stay calm before the wedding haha
