I know the MOH is supposed to plan it but I LOVE planning stuff. (wedding planning is probably the only thing I've done and not gotten stressed over it lol) However, I am NOT into male strippers... no female strippers either haha. I don't think doing a weekend getaway with my girls would be an option either because we all have different work schedules and one BM has a kid and I know her FH works weekends. What are other options to do?

Also, my FH is not into strippers either (he really isn't. he's not just telling me that because it's what I want to hear lol) and I was talking to one of his groomsman about it and he insists on strip clubs. he had strippers when he got married and his wife still doesn't know. I DO NOT agree with secrets like that especially when it's so close to the wedding. is it up to my FH what happens at his bachelor party or should he just go with the plans??

sry it was so much, perhaps I should have made two postings...

There is a lot to do at a bach parties. But for us, it's our last night as single people. We can look but no touching Smiley winking We are DEF. doing strippers and in Vegas Smiley smile It's just for fun -- no harm in it.

We agreed for the girls to go to pool parties that afternoon/ the guys go do some car racing -- than get ready and to the clubs we go. We plan on meeting up around midnight..but if we don't that's fine too! I would rather him be honest about all this to me than to find out the day of my wedding and be all upset.

I agree that some guys may say that they hate stripclubs to avoid confrontation with their other half. Mine personally has had bad experiences with strippers in the past and it wasnt even one he was using for his own amusement. Long story short his ex wife cheated on him by having threesomes with strippers while he was in iraq. Plus the only time he went to strip clubs was when he turned 18. Hes 28 now and i think that if he did like strip clubs he would have already been to more than one. Idk if you ladies has ever been to one but i didnt care.at first if my fh wanted to go. Once i experienced one for myself i completely changed my mind. I couldnt believe they were allowed to do some of the stuff they were doing. I guess i was just too naive lol

Like Tiffany, I agree that some guys are saying they don't like strip clubs so they won't upset their FWs; however, mine I know doesn't like it and here's why: he's too cheap to pay a girl to dance in front of him when he knows I will do it for free LOL

@Tiffany, I'm glad you're telling me this...I've never been to a girl strip club and I'm glad I haven't...because I'm maybe ok with him going to one because I'm naive LOL Maybe that's why so many other girls are opposed to it...I'll stay in my little world and pretend they can only watch LOL

But like I said, he is too cheap to pay for that and finds it unattractive. He's very old school...We've both talked about it and I really do not like strip clubs for me, but have gone for my cousins or other bachelorette parties just like him. They're just not for me - I'd rather spend that money on alcohol and a good time with my girls than on a sweaty gay dude...let's face it ladies, most of them are gay LOL

Yeah strippers are a No with us. We are both a bit grossed out with it. Years ago FH was dragged to one...he hated it(old saggy ladies dancing around half naked was not appealing to him). Also it was a thing in this area that one of the strippers at one of the strip clubs had a disease she was passing along to people at the strip club. Two of his groomsmen I know are against it as well. Anyway ...I am hoping to have a great dinner out with the girls and hanging out watching some great chick flicks with snack and wine...My 17 year old sister( the MOH) will be with us so nothing crazy anyway Smiley smile He was thinking of going out to a show in chicago with the guys or do something like the paintballing...it is more his speed.

I can understand not wanting to go to a strip club cause I don't want to as well, but I really don't see what the big deal is if FH goes to one for his party. It shouldn't matter what the GM will do, if you trust your man then he will respect himself and you enough not to let it get out of hand.

Im the same way. it might be a 'bachelor party' but he is in NO WAY single. should have got it out of his system before making a commitment to me.
