Average Wedding Band (ring) Cost?

I think its really based on your preference and what you/your partner want to spend. I personally preferred something with a bit more sparkle but thats just my taste. At the end of the day you have to look down at that ring and love it. Whether thats a simple band or a blinged out one is totally up to you!

Everything is relative. My wedding band will be roughly $2,500 to $3,000. For us, that fits the budget. For others, maybe not so much. It depends on what you're comfortable with.

We spent $160 for my husband's ring and I was gifted my wedding band. I had bought a wedding band that I didn't really love for $200 and wear it as a right hand ring now.

My fiance and I got both our rings for about 900, including a lifetime diamond warranty for mine. We just happened to go when they were having their end of year sale though, so they were about half off if I remember correctly, which was great because other wise we wouldn't have been able to afford such nice ones! Honestly though I've seen beautiful bands for less than 200. It just depends on your taste and your budget, the only way it would be 'too much' is if it puts you out of your budget or in debt, but getting a ring you absolutely love is worth picking up a few extra hours at work for a week or two in my mind. Like you said you'll wear it for the rest of you life. Hope that helped some!

I will be getting two bands, one for each side of my ring. Each one will be a little over $1,000 so total for my bands will be about $2,500.

My fiance and I bought ours for 700$. Like others said, it all depends on your preference. We wanted something simple and I wanted a band that would match my engagement ring. We went into the store and they happened to have a sale. So just go in and check out what they have and go from there.

My wedding band was a little over a 1000.00. It's an enhancer ring where my engagement ring goes in between. Future husband picked both out.

FH wedding band was about $1,800.00 and I got 2 bands that totaled out to about $1,500.00.

My eternity band was $1400, appraised for $1900. My dad's best friend is a diamond dealer so we got our rings wholesale instead of retail.

My fh was $650 and mine was $1200

My wedding band cost $154 with tax. It’s just a plain 2mm white gold band because that’s what I liked the best. We had budgeted $1000 for a diamond band, but I wasn’t a fan of how it looked with my ringt.

FH’s band is either going to be a 5 mm white gold or yellow gold plain band. He’s pretty traditional. It’s $534. I’m currently making payments on it instead of buying it outright since he can’t decide what metal he wants. I was personally lobbying for him to get rose gold but I don’t think I’ll win that one.

I think its all based on where you go an preference. I got my fiances for a steal at $250 (also had a sale going on) and mine was I believe $1700

The one I'm looking at is a 14kw straight band about .25cttw. SI1 & G/H color diamonds. Fully warrantied for lifetime replacement of diamonds, resizings, engraving & regular cleaning/polishing/rhodium. I think I'll end up paying around $400-500 since I'll be getting it with an employee discount, but retails at $695.

ETA: my fiance hasn't decided if he wants a nice white gold band (around the same price), or if he just wants to get a cheapo Tungsten one for now and upgrade later.
