Average Wedding Band (ring) Cost?

We found beautiful matching silver wedding bands on Etsy for about $150 for the pair. And I’m talking to another Etsy jeweler so make make me an engagement ring with some stones I have... that’ll probably run about $55 or so. We don’t want or need to spend a fortune on our rings because they’re just a symbol of our love an bond. The real thing is in our hearts, minds and souls.

I have a pretty blinged-out engagement ring, so I wanted to tone it down for my wedding band but still have it be unique and not plain. I also have a really skinny size 3 ring finger, so I wanted a thin band so both rings wouldn't overpower my finger. I ended up getting a 1/4ct thin white gold diamond band for around $700 (I think I got it a little cheaper because I ordered a size 3.25).

My FH ended up getting a "used" two-tone yellow and white gold band (the store had ordered the wrong gold on the ring for someone else, so it was never technically worn but the store had to sell it as used since it was originally intended for someone else). I can't remember what the mm size was, but it's decently thick. I think we ended spending around $550-600 on it (the original cost was around $900).

My band was $300 and his $700 (with coupons). But I paid extra for his because its rose gold and has a pretty cool inscription inside. Normally it would have been a couple hundred cheaper.

My band was about $500, it's very simple but it had to be custom made for my ring.

My FH got a titanium and gold band for $600 and my wedding band will be a diamond infinity band that we payed $1000 for. Like everyone said, it just depends on your budget.

I'm looking to spend around 400 if I go with any of the rings I'm looking at. Looking at what FH likes, his might be around 200.

His is 14k gold and mine is white gold with a yellow gold band wrapping around to signify that he is wrapped around my heart and always with me. I actually had a really hard time getting a band to fit under my heart shaped ring but I got everything at Kays for around $1250 including cleanings, tax and lifetime warranty

We plan to get the wedding band that matches my engagement ring. It’ll be about $3500. For FH’s band, we’ll spend more like $1000 because he plans to wear a rubber ring probably half the time (working out and doing woodworking).

Mine was $150 (with a discount) and I feel like it was a lot, but we’re poor lol. We still haven’t found FH a ring.

I spent less than $300 for FHs ring. Purchased from Zales during their VDay sale. He has yet to get mine. I can’t even get him to go look at them 😑 89 days and counting. 😤

Mine was about $500- it's 14k white gold, with some small diamonds and a leaf design. H's was about $200- it's tungsten carbide. We were ready/willing to spend up to around $2k combined, and I looked at some that were in the $**** range, but these were the ones we liked the most. They're from a small local jeweler.

This is different for everyone. We wanted to stay under $1000, but there are some that can be in the $10,000 and up range. It depends on so many things, but ultimately comes down to what you are comfortable spending.

Mine was $3100. I can’t wait to get it! I’m wearing temporary ones for the moment. My hubbys was $4100. Lol.
