August 2021 Brides

It’s going okay at the moment. Just hiring vendors at this point. I feel like we should be further along in the process than me are but I’m trying not to panic lol

I have the venue and DJ booked but still need a photographer which is stressing me out!

It's going pretty good. Just booked our venue and baker for the cake. I am having a horrible time finding a dress though, and that is getting quite frustrating.

Its going okay. Got our venue, Ceremony, got my dress and my fiance suit. Just can't decide on a color I want for my bridesmaids and the groomsmens... anyone have any suggestions? My fiance suit is grey and has black lapel and I have a ivory dress

My wedding is scheduled for August 13, 2021. Planning has gone very well. Weddings from this year are being pushed back so places are booking quickly.

I'm an August of 2021 and booked back in August....everything is booking up quick for next year since everyone has postponed theirs as well. I would act fast on what's available for next year.

Having a hard time. All we have booked is a day of coordinator. A number of venues have our date open (August 13) but we haven't found the right one. We have a few tours booked, so fingers crossed we'll find the perfect place!

August 26 wedding planning is going fine just a little skeptical about how many guest will be allowed due to safety precautions next year , just never know where we will be at a year from now. Venue booked, just made final decisions on my bridal party look. Just started trying on dresses so hopefully I can say yes to the dress soo

We are also struggling to find a venue !! We live in a small area in VT & are looking for something barn & or farm rustic but some of the prices are just beyond me!
We are looking at one this weekend soo fingers crossed please

Hello weekday wedding! We decided on a weekday wedding too (August 30th)!

It's going good! I sent out Save the Dates last week because my venue said their lodging was booking up a little faster than usual since a lot of weddings had to be postponed until next year. We chose the last Monday in August and so far booking vendors has been going well. For now I'm going to plan a wedding like normal, but if we get to the beginning of next year and COVID is still a thing, I'll start thinking of a Plan B.

Bride 2 B on August 21. I just started planning a small intimate destination Wedding in Puerto Rico for about 25ppl. My finance is deployed overseas until April ;( so I have to plan it all myself. Picked a Hispanic vintage theme, neutral colors. I emailed 10 venues and only received 3 emails back. But need to finalize a venue asap, to be able to send save the date invitations.

It’s going well. I am nervous about back up location since we are doing an outdoor wedding. But overall things are going very well!

August 1st here! Overall our planning is going nicely! We have our venue (ceremony and reception in one place with food on site) cake, my dress, flowers, custom cake toppers ordered, photographer is my Fiancée's cousin who is going to shoot the whole day for is for ridiculously cheap as our wedding gift (were just paying her for her time editing everything) our DJ, and save the dates just went out in the mail! Our theme is a magical fairy garden with little hints of how big of nerds we are lol

We’re planning our wedding to be in Dallas on August 8th of next year . The venue we really want is still open but I have the fear that someone will get it before we can tour it and book it.
