Are you staying in your wedding dress the entire day?

I wore my dress almost the entire time except for the last two hours when I wanted to dance!

I had mine on from 11ish til about 9. I unzipped it on the ride home bc it wasn't all that comfortable sitting and the ride home was 1.5 hours.

I love my dress and want to wear it as long as possible so 1 dress for me

I would wear my dress all week if my FH would let me!!!

I'm staying in mine! I love it and the weight of it was a huge decision point when I chose it.

Wearing mine all day and for the bridal portrait so I get to wear it twice!

I'm changing, ivory dress for the ceremony and a blush dress for the reception. FH loves the idea.

All day as well. Leaving for the church at 1230pm and the reception ends at 11pm.

Staying in mine and taking it on our honeymoon to do pictures in Prague in it...cause why not have pictures on my dress in one of the most beautiful cities in the world?

Gonna have to pry my dress off me with his cold dead hands hahaha

I'm staying in my dress as long as possible.

I ended up buying a dress that was $500 over my budget. The dress I originally wanted was about $1100, and the one I ended up getting was $1600, so for the amount of money I spent, I will be wearing it all day! It is a ballgown too (David's Bridal Oleg Cassini, style CWG658) but a fairly light one.

I'm actually still trying to decide... I love my dress but I'm thinking for the send-off I might put on something different. I know for sure there will be an outfit change for *surprise* but then, I'll either put back on my wedding dress or put back on the dress I'm thinking about changing into for the send off.

I will also be staying in my dress al day. I paid too much to change and I doubt I will ever wear it again.

I'm wearing mine from the ceremony until halfway into dancing or just after dinner

I'll then change into traditional Nigerian Dress for the rest of the night.

ETA: I didn't pay for my dress it was part of a nonprofit event for military brides. I am so thankful!

Wearing mine until FH takes it off!!!! Then I might wear it a few more times around the house so he can repeat taking it off again ;-)

Me and FI are hosting an after reception party at our hotel. We were thinking of getting personalized football jerseys from our college with our date on the back of them to wear at the after party. The jerseys will be comfortable and very "us." Other than that, I will be in my dress until the end of the reception.

I will be! I wish I were wearing it now! Lol but it's not nearly as large/heavy as yours! Mine is a tea length dress, so wearing it all day will be no problem.
