Are you staying in your wedding dress the entire day?

I'm wearing my dress until the reception ends. I didn't know it was an option to wear it to the honeymoon, I might need to do that!

I plan on wearing mine the whole time. My dress is very heavy as well! But I will be wearing it from about 330 4 to about 11pm!

That was a huge factor when I tried on dresses, I found one I loved, but it was a little heavy, and I'm small. Showed the style to the next bridal consultant, she pulled out a dress similar to the one I loved and it was SO LIGHTWEIGHT! I swear it feels like I'm wearing leggings! I'm gonna wear that sucker all day!!!!

All damn day.

About an hour before the reception is open I'm going to be changing into my djeleba for traditional Moroccan reasons. I just got it and I'm so excited.

Hell yes I am wearing it all day, I'm getting my money out of that sucker!

I understand your concern about the weight though. Change out of it if you want. Be comfortable.

I'm staying in my dress all day. I'll never have a chance to wear my wedding dress again and I want to make that last as long as possible. My bustle is making that possible so it's more comfortable later on.

I'm definitely staying in mine all day. Which will be from probably 1 pm until 11-midnight. Ceremony is at 2.

Wearing it for the whole night. I paid a pretty penny to wear it more than an hour xD

I love my wedding dress so I will definitely be in it all day!!

I'll be wearing mine as long as possible! Besides its gorgeousness, part of the reason I love my dress is that it is so light and comfortable! (and I'll be having cups sewn in so hellooo no bra!!! That might be the best part.)

I was thinking of changing but nah, I'm gonna wear my wedding dress all day long.

I bought a simple white prom dress on clearance after last prom season as a second dress. I don't know if I will change or not, but I like having the option. If I did, it would be toward the end of the night when the dancing starts.

One reason I like the idea of changing is that I intend to have a few minutes of alone time scheduled for FH and I throughout the day. Going to change would be a good excuse for us to get away for just a few minutes.

I'm wearing my dress all day. My dress is short and will have a petticoat underneath it so I'm not worried.

I have 2 dresses.

She will be adding more material to make it longer. Destination wedding to Aruba, and my wedding dress is gold. So everything blends together.

Wearing it all day, my dress is very light weight and easy to wear/function in (no bathroom issues in my dress!).

I'm changing. Only because I'm Nigerian and having a traditional reception. So me FH and our daughter will change into traditional outfits during the reception

It was hard taking it off when I was trying it on, there's no way I'm taking it off after the ceremony, I'll probably sleep in it! Lol. Mines a puffy ballgown so it will be somewhat heavy but it's gonna be the best!
