Anyone ordered dresses from hebeos?

I definitely agree with every word Elizabeth wrote. I ordered 6 dresses from this company in burgundy because like many people the dresses look nice to me. The dresses they sent me are bright red. I have emailed back and forth with 5-6 different people. At first I just wanted to exchange our dresses for the correct color then they wanted me to send them pictures of the dress to see the color. I did that. Then the next email said yes that is the correct color. So in my next email I sent a picture of the color of the dress we received and a picture of the color (burgundy) we selected on their website. They still will not admit they sent the wrong color. They have offered me 10% "discount" back. We have spent waaaaayyyy too much to only receive 10% back. This place is a rip off that will not accept responsibility for their own mistakes. Their Guarantee states, "Your satisfaction is our top priority." That's a Big Lie!

THIS IS A SCAM! Do not order from Hebeos.com they do not honor their exchange policy. The things are made in China and they rip you off!

Hi what happened when you disputed the credit card purchase, if you don't mind me asking? We are dealing with the same issue with this company.

We ordered a wedding dress & mother if the bride dress from them. We sent our measurements (measured by a professional seamstress) and neither dress was made right. Wedding dress has lace around the Bottom & us 6" too long. It will cost $200+ to hem because it has to come off at the waist. The mother's dress arms are at least 3" too small. They are being completely unreasonable & refusing to issue a refund even though it's their mistake. BEWARE!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THEM.

My experience with Hebeos mirrors yours almost exactly. I ordered my dress through them and when I got it, it was sewn incorrectly. I have an hour glass shape and when I went to put the dress on, it was sewn like a box. Straight sides, no taper.

hen I attempted to get an exchange, I was told those “were the measurements your ordered”. I read their “return policy” (more like scam policy!) and let me tell you, if I had read that first I would have NEVER ordered through them. Lesson learned. They basically tell you if nothing is wrong with the dress and you just don’t like it, too bad. If it’s sewn wrong, they won’t refund it as it’s shiped in the measurements you request (hint, it’s not sold in measurements, it’s sold in sizes and if any women shops for clothing they know one companies size 6 is another companies size 9 or even 2).

Now here I am re-sewing the whole damn dress because I’m not just going to throw $150 down the drain.

Please. Save yourselves the trouble. They take great photos on that website, but the dresses are very hit or miss. Don’t risk your wedding or your sanity!!! If you are on a budget like I am, order through Amazon. At least you’ll be able to return them if somethings wrong!

Wow I’m surprised at some of the reviews. I ordered my step daughters prom dress from here 3 years ago and it was exactly like the photo. I figured I’d order 2 sizes up since these countries are known for their clothing running extremely small, well lga l would have ordered her actual size it would have been perfect. Fast forward to now and I’m getting married 8/18/18 we’ve just received 8 bridesmaid dresses and 2 flower girl dresses and they also are identical to the photo and run true to size. I’m so so happy with the turn around time and quality that I’d recommend them to anyone. Also have a friend that ordered a wedding dress and same thing...it was perfect. I’ll upload photos of the dress on their site and on some of my girls during their fitting as actual wedding hasn’t occurred yet. I’m just VERY satisfied with everything from quality, price, turnaround time. Also, all of my ladies ordered their dresses at different times and one of them gave her measurements and height instead of just ordering size and they customized it to a T! Hope this helps

Thank you to all for your comments. I found 'my dress' this weekend and was just about to order when I decided to look for comments. Now I have to start over again....but I'm grateful I didn't loose $200 in the process. I plan to try the other site mentioned: azazie.com. Has anyone else tried the site?

Lol you can tell this is an employee of the place or something because they JUST made the account, is set to get married in a few weeks, and can't seem to show everyone the proof she has of the dresses.

Veronica I am so sorry if I am wrong but I'm 99.9% positive you are not a real bride and just made that account to stand up for this awful business. Your only activity shows on WW are the 3 comments you just made and your account is brand new. Sorry I'm just not buying it.

I agree; her “experience” seems fake. It took me almost six months to get 10% back from them. I emailed them almost every day. It wasn’t until I started putting them on blast on Facebook and IG that I finally got the money into my account. Such a scam. Can you imagine each of us has sent them $200+, they send us some cheap fabric and MAYBE end up sending us $20 back. Ugh!

Me and my niece were both fooled by this company. She sent measurements and I upped my dress size. Both were awful. Please mention to Heboes that you are going to contact your bank for a chargeback. I used to work in the bank in the chargeback dept. Merchants do not like having chargebacks on their records. They could be penalized or revoked from accepting credit cards if they get too many disputes. Once I mentioned chargeback with my credit card bank I was given a full refund. This is your protection thru your credit card company. They tried the 20% and the 50% offer emails. NOPE! Do not delay!! When you ship the dress back use USPS and not UPS or DHL which could run you a $100 or more. They will refund your money when they receive the dress back. Keep all your emails, your bank will need them. This shows you tried to resolve the issue. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I Hope this helps.

Purchased my dress two weeks ago. The only pleasing part was the shipping. They made sure I recieved the order by its delivery date. However, when I recieved my dress it was delivered in a STUFFED DHL bag. The dress material was cheap, heavy and did not fit properly, and I was sent the wrong color. The dress was originally for my wedding. After requesting a refund....I recieved a reply stating that they didnt see anything wrong with the dress and advised me to keep it. And let me remind you....the dress did NOT fit ......was too small and was the wrong color. They claim that they can only provide me with a 15% refund. So now...they are being reported and exposed to innocent consumers. This company is a complete rip off. Save your money and your time. If your day is special....run far away from this company .... You will be extremly disappointed. Only purchase from vendors who provide you with a valid telephone number and an option to return your merchandise if needed. They will eventually be sued. Good luck in your search. Pay close attention to the reviews that matter....I wish I had done this before sending them money I did not have to waste on a dress I can not wear.
