Hebeos is horrible and bad customer service. I ordered a dress and it did not come in the right size/measurements. They refused an exchange and told me to get it fixed myself. Never again
I did. Worst experience ever. I have to find a new dress because the one they sent me looks nothing like th advertisement. They won’t give me a refund or take the dress back. They keep saying “but it looks nice”. Such a scam.
Worst place I’ve ever ordered through don’t waste your money I got my dress and it was a toddler small .. not adult small and it was my wedding dress. Good thing I ordered it early and got a new dress from another place. But it took 3 months to get my dress and they refused to return it
Make sure you watch YouTube videos of real dresses posted by buyers. I suspect every 5star review is written by company employees or some other scam. The Hebron experience was the worst online shopping exp I ever had. Not only the customer service is close to nonexistent ( responding with huge delays with the same type of response not addressing the complain/question). The dress ordered for a prom arrived 6 days after the event it was purchased for (despite extra charge for expedited delivery); as a matter of fact, it was shipped after agreed delivery due date after I sent an email to cancel it as no longer needed. The actual dress looks nothing like the one advertised on website. Very cheaply made with off proportions. I was exchanging emails for weeks trying to return it, but they kept offering discount, refund of expedited delivery charge, not the return of the dress however. At the end, they said their dresses are custom made and nonreturnable. Wasted 200 as no one would wear such a knock off as too embarrassing. Do not even contemplate purchasing from there.
Did you have a good experience with these two sites? I am very skeptical about ordering offline and have gone deep with some reviews. I am very hesitant.

Coco melody I went into the store but they do have online. I have worn a bridesmaid dress and my bridesmaids got their dresses from uwdress and they were great.
I just checked out the website. I like what I am seeing so far. They also offer to send over a swatch and to try out dresses at home. That's so awesome! I have heard of this website before, but never really looked into it because I had this fear that it wasn't legit. Then, you mentioned "known, reputable, and affordable..." and I was like -- "Ok. Maybe I should give this site a chance."
I'll let you know my experience if I do decide to order dresses from Azazie.

My fiancé and I have had a TERRIBLE experience with Heleos. They sent her a wedding dress that does not fit and after countless e-mails back and forth, including her having to send them a ton of photos showing it not fitting, they have refused to give her a refund. They’ve also been incredibly rude and condescending throughout the whole process and we’re just out the $150. They’ve just been absolutely horrible to try to deal with.
I ordered a few dresses from them. But my last ordered I was disappointed because they sent me the wrong color for the dress. I’m sure that I picked the red dress. They told me that I chose the champagne color.
They sent me their statement which says I ordered the red dress. They did not let me return or exchange.
what can you do? Are you going to China to dispute in person?
Many of you probably have placed numerous orders from HEBEOS. Knowing in advance that if they made a mistake on your order, there is no chance for exchange or refund!!!
