Any other brides avoiding high heels?

Im wearing cowgirl boots tony lamas at that soo confortable I can wear them all day and not even think about it

I'm 5'11 - I don't do heels much! Fiance is about 2 inches taller than me, I will be wering flats, I am hoping to find some bright red pointy ones

I hate high heels! I've always found them very uncomfortable. And since I'm 5'9", I don't need to wear them for height. I ended up with these, from elinor44 on eBay. The first two show the shoes as a whole; the third shows one of them peeking out from under my dress on the day.

I'm wearing wedge shoes that will be dyed to match BM dresses in Maibu color for ceremony & some pics, but I want to find a pair of toms, coverse, or flip flops to wear during reception cause I'm not a dressy shoe kinda of girl

I love heels.. but I'm 5'10" and my FH doesn't like it when I'm taller... so flats for me!

@ Reenski i'm sure my bm would love to wear converses too, I'm going to wear heels and then change into flats at the reception. If FH had his way we would all be in stiletto's

I'm a klutz... I broke my ankle 6 months ago walking out my front door. I am wearing flats I had custom made on etsy. She even put a blue rose in the front for my something blue. They are almost like slippers and so comfy!

Im wearing heels but will probably end up kicking them off at the reception.ill make sure to wear them for photos though

I'm 5'2" and heavy. I've been losing weight but I'm worried I'll totally fall walking down the "isle", so um...no high heels.

No heels here. I have bad knees and feet and a bunion so I was having a hard time finding any that did not kill me... so, I found some Isotoner Slippers in Ivory with beading ON SALE.... WHOOT...

I'm a major shoe person, so to me, I'm not wearing high heels. I'm 5' 2", so I love height. FH isn't super tall, so I watched the heel height. For the reception, I'll find some blinged out flip flops

Its going to depend on the length my dress as to whether or not I wear heels. IF I do, they will be NMT two inches and worn only for the ceremony and pictures. My knees won't take any more than that!

Look, I slipped on ice in my cowboy boots twelve years ago. Dislocated my shoulder. You can be a klutz in those too!

I'm only about 2" shorter than my fh, id like to find small heels for the wedding but i'll probably switch to flats for the reception for comfort.

I wore low heel shoes for the ceremony and then changed into heels for dancing (that's because I changed into a short dress ). I found my shoes online. They were ugly, but I got a great deal on them. I wore blue flats they had a subtle floral pattern and hint of sparkle. I ditched my shoes at the reception anyways to dance in my bare feet... with a long dress no one really sees them lol.
