Any and all advice needed, please!

Thanks to anyone who responds in advance! I am currently planning my own destination wedding in Cancun for October this year. I'm looking to connect with anyone who has had a Cancun wedding, planning their own wedding, knows budgeting, or has any tips. I also plan on doing my bachelorette party and reception there as well. I prefer an all inclusive adult only resort. I'm thinking we'll have about 25 rooms booked. I have so many questions!! Starting with is it rude to only have a small select few at the ceremony but include everyone in the receptions, dinners, and excursions? The reason I am asking is because it seems like the resorts only price for up to 30 people at the ceremony and however many for the receptions.
