Honestly I am super frugal and very simple. I had in my brain I was just going to go by an off the rack dress for a couple hundred dollars and be done. Well I ended up spending $2100. There was this amazing Grace Loves Lace dress that I fell in love with. I had no idea who the designer was or were it was made. I looked for similar dresses and didn’t find anything I was in love with. My soon to be hubby knew I was in love with the dress and would never purchase it at that price point. So he called mom and my best friend. Hubby bought us tickets to LA and had best friend set up a fitting. I was in love the second I stepped in it.
