We mailed out our invitations yesterday.

I’m going over to my to do list & realizing that I’m finally at the home stretch!

There really isn’t that much left to do; now my problem is I keep adding stuff!

I already bought the favors - a koozy that reads “eat, drink & be married!” a love coaster & a love bottle opener. Now I’m thinking about ordering Anything Bundt Cakes as well. I just emailed them to see if they deliver to my venue.

This weekend (at least wedding-wise) is going to be all about flowers for me. I decided to make all the flowers for our wedding out of crepe paper, and it's actually going great so far. I'm planning to knock out the centerpieces this weekend and move on to the boutonnieres. I haven't added *too* much to my original giant to-do list, so hopefully that doesn't change!

Invites mailed, photographer set, dj set, chose favors- set of 4 glass coasters with the word LOVE on them, just got my place cards, very cool metal antique keys that hold the card and can be used as a bottle opened. Have to order the flowers and choose a tux.

Everything is pretty much done for us. We were engaged for a year and a half, so we had plenty of time to find and book vendors. I still have to get little things taken care of.. which will include a haul from Etsy . Fiance went to buy a suit from Macy's yesterday (killer sale, got a suit for $100--down from $400). I ordered my shoes as well. So what's really left is await RSVP's, my first fitting is this Saturday, continue to make payments.... I can't believe it's almost that time !!

My dress fitting is this Wednesday. I have started following up with people for RSVP’s. My mom is finishing the centerpieces. The bridesmaids dresses are being altered. I just have to order a few more things and I’ll be all caught up.

Yikes. June 1st is coming so quick!
This past weekend we solidified ties for the groom and groomsmen. We wanted to go floral but it was super hard to find floral ties with all the right colors (sage green, sky blue and peach), so a solid bow tie it is!
I think I've taken on way too many DIY projects, so every night it seems I'm working on something new and getting 80% more stressed than the night before. This weekend we finished making the base plates for our centerpieces, and this week my project is to make our card box.
Other than that I handmade 200 little dream catchers as wedding favors, 200 napkin rings, hand made and watercolored the welcome sign and wedding party sign, hand cut and painted 200 place cards, and table numbers. Sheesh.
Can't wait though- all the little details should come together nicely!!

June 1, 2019 right here too. Everything is falling into place. The groom just needs to get his and his groomsman attire. Need to finish sending invites. Oh and flower girl dresses.
