Hi, I'm a young girl in her 20's getting married to my best friend and love of my life. He's a year younger than me but way more mature than me but still shows me his kid side and makes me smile and laugh all day long. We met in high school through a friend in which he fell in love at first site, but it took me years before I even gave him a chance to have a normal conversation with me. I was in college and he was finishing up high school at the time. For me, it was love at first conversation. We didn't state dating for another two months after that, sealing it with our first date and first kiss. Every day we talked and every night we video chatted, until we fell asleep on the screen. About 5 weeks into our relationship, his Mom kicked him out and so my family was really nice and took him in, even though my Dad had yet to even meet him, and my Mom had only met him a few times before when she would pick me up from his place. After he moved in, my parents had to move for their job and we were put in charge of selling the house and packing everything up. The stress put our relationship to the test. One night I popped the question and he was confused if I was being "for real" since we had just made up over a huge fight about an hour earlier. Once I explained why and told him how much I loved him and everything, he said yes. We have been happily engaged sense.

I'm happy to have found someone who is getting married in the Summer of 2021! Everyone has looked at us like we were crazy for picking a date that's so far out but we're paying for everything ourselves and I figured that the more time that we have the better. :)
