I'm sorry Sarah! That's such a tough situation!! Maybe you should see if you can even find another available photographer whose style you like before making any further decisions!

When I booked my photographer we had our engagement shoot included. I had a friend who said that she was good friends with my photographer say that she had a bad experience with her. Unfortunately with her engagement shoot we also had a bad experience prior to trying to even get an appointment with her she would be kind of spacey not text me back or just view my message and not say anything. I was getting very frustrated and also scared that this is just a reflection of what is to come especially with our wedding coming up. We did end up finally meeting with her after being very diligent with and constantly feeling like I’m annoying her. I didn’t think she was amazing and she took the most amazing pictures of us and I was absolutely happy with the final result. However now that people are coming forward saying that this is a common problem with her that she is kind of species it has a lot going on and it doesn’t get back to you or bad communication and has also a really bad review that kind of left a sour taste in my mouth and I got a feeling that I should go with somebody else. We already signed a contract with her and already did the engagement photo so I’m not sure what that would entail but I feel like because of the pandemic we are going to have a terrible time trying to find a photographer that has the style that I enjoy but at the end of the day if we don’t get our photos or photos that we don’t want on our day I’m gonna regret that for the rest of my life.
