I started looking at wedding related stuff right away but I didnt start actually planning until very recently. I'm actually exactly 15 months away from my wedding day today! I bought my dress a couple weeks ago and am narrowing down my venue choices very quickly.

I met my fiancé in high school, around 8 years ago, through my best friend, now maid of honor. We didnt talk until one day, around 6 years ago, he sent me a message on facebook and just like that, started a conversation that snowballed into what we like to call our "Marshall and Lily relationship", (a reference to the show How i Met Your Mother). On a trip to Colorado for our 5 year anniversary, (January 25th), my now fiancé proposed to me during a snow flurry in the mountains. It was absolutely beautiful. I love him and looking back, we met again at the perfect time in our lives. Everything happens for a reason 💙
