This is a very special place. The architecture and furnishings are unique, immaculate, and tell a contiguous story throughout. The staff and amenities are top notch: high class without snobbery and intimate without overstepping boundaries. Every guest who attended our wedding (~40 people) gushed over the venue: the vistas, the nature, the villa itself. The folks who stayed there were left with a lasting impression. Simply enchanting and inspiring for all involved.

Where do I begin??? As a bride, planning a wedding is beyond stressful ESPECIALLY from overseas. However, I can 100% say with absolutely certainty that the Westin Reserva Conchal was the BEST decision I've ever made in my whole life! They made planning my wedding so easy and they went above and beyond for everything!!! Milady was my wedding planner and I feel like she's family! Don't hesitate. Pick this vendor! You definitely won't be disappointed!

When you book a Marriott to host your destination wedding, you'd expect a high level of service. Well, Los Suenos really topped that! All of our guests said they had the best time and the events team (Katherine) was amazing to work with. The food was amazing and the hotel itself is stunning. I could not express how grateful I am for every single employee who really went the extra mile to make our day special. Talk about endless bottles of champagne and chocolate strawberries too! My love for Marriott has always been there but I have a new found love for the Los Sueños property in particular and all the wonderful people who helped plan the best wedding ever!

Our wedding at Amor Arenal was the most magical day, something beyond my wildest dreams. The rainforest setting took our breath away, the staff made every moment feel effortless and full of love. It was the most beautiful soul-filled experience. A day we will never forget. The resort itself is a true sanctuary — nestled in the lush rainforest with breathtaking views of the Arenal Volcano. Every aspect of the property exudes tranquility and luxury, with meticulous attention to detail evident throughout. Our suite was, without question, the most beautiful room we have ever stayed in. The combination of natural materials, thoughtful design, and a private plunge pool overlooking the forest created an atmosphere of serene indulgence. We chose Amor Arenal as the setting for our wedding, and it could not have been more perfect. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was flawless. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made our special day even more memorable. From the ceremony to the celebration, everything exceeded our expectations in every way.

We hosted our welcome party, rehearsal dinner, and wedding at El Mangroove in February 2025 and had the most wonderful experience. Paola and her team were incredibly professional & couldn't do enough for us and our group of over 100 guests. Both us and our guests thought the value was 10/10. The quality of service & the food were standouts for us. Highly recommend hosting at this property! I can’t say enough good things about this incredible venue! From start to finish, the experience was truly unforgettable. Jenn was amazing throughout the wedding planning process—so helpful and responsive. Fabian and Karol were there the moment we arrived, coordinating everything from hair and makeup to massages and even booking fishing charters for our group. And Diego—don’t get me started! He and his team were phenomenal. The food was absolutely outstanding and a huge hit with all our guests. Yes, it’s a bit pricey—but worth every single penny. I highly recommend this venue!

We had an 85 person wedding at this villa, not only was it everything I could imagine It was so much more. The Villa had the most amazing staff they cooked us breakfast every morning, helped us along the day did our laundry, by the end they almost felt like family. The villa was the perfect ceremony, reception and dance floor, we only added a tent for the rainy season.

We had our wedding here in February and by the time we left, the entire hotel staff was giving us hugs as we departed. Our coordinator, Ale was truly an angel. She was kind, attentive, and sincere. No wedding comes without its fair share of roadblocks, but Alejandra made the process feel seamless and easy. In addition, all of their vendor recommendations were excellent. From the flowers and decor, to our incredible DJ Diego Salas, we received so many compliments about the experience. Our guests constantly told us they could feel the love at our celebration. Costa Rica is a beautiful place and Andaz is another addition to its charm. Can’t thank the staff enough. We will be back soon!

When we chose Arenas Del Mar as our wedding venue back in 2019 we knew right away we were in amazing hands with Elaine Solano as our event planner. From the very beginning she was incredibly knowledgeable, a wonderful communicator and always so patient and flexible with us. Planning a wedding from afar can be challenging, but she made it so easy. When the pandemic hit in 2020, a couple days before we were to fly out to Costa Rica, Elaine stepped up in a huge way to help us. She contacted the majority of our vendors and officiant to postpone. She understood how difficult the situation was but stayed positive throughout; she never once made us worry about the money aspect of it. For the next year and a half we stayed in touch with Elaine and as things started to open back up we picked a new date (December 2021) and kickstarted the planning again. It was seamless, as if we had never stopped. And from the moment we arrived in Costa Rica through to our wedding day, Elaine made it magical. Every step of the way she handled every detail and didn’t miss a beat. She was even flexible up to the wedding day itself, planning back up plans in case it rained. We loved Arenas Del Mar and all of the hospitality staff there; it’s a fantastic paradise that we can’t wait to visit again. But Elaine Solano made our wedding trip amazing and stress free. We are so grateful to her and any couple would be so lucky to have her help them plan their special day. Highly recommend!!
