About this venue
Elite Beach Villas is based in Costa Rica - we have beautiful villas in Tamarindo and Santa Teresa. This collection of high-end luxury homes is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood near beautiful sandy beaches. Its gorgeous oceanic backdrops and lush green spaces offer an idyllic setting for tranquil wedding events.
Facilities and Capacity
The villas are located in peaceful neighborhoods that forbids loud music after 10 pm. It is ideally suited for couples seeking a quiet and intimate celebration. They have a range of properties, including Villa Morabeza, Casa Alang Alang (in Tamarindo) and now Casa Lanui in Santa Teresa as well. Casa Alang Alang, with a capacity for up to 19 guests, is a modern Bali style building featuring large windows and wrap-around balconies. Constructed from wood and stone, it blends seamlessly with its surroundings and boasts breathtaking sea views, which you can enjoy from its stunning infinity pool. A spacious outdoor patio with expansive ocean vistas provides the perfect backdrop to tie the knot. After, you can fill the space with chairs and tables and dine alfresco with the setting sun. Villa Morabeza, accommodating up to 20, is a sleek and elegant villa with floor-to-ceiling windows and white outer walls. Here you can exchange vows in their charming treelined garden, followed by a delicious meal under their tastefully decorated marquee. Both properties have fully equipped kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Casa Lanui in Santa Teresa will be available from June 1, 2025. It is a magnificent large beachfront villa that features 7 bedrooms and sleeps up to 18 people. We are happy to have this house back in the short-term rental market after a couple of years of it being rented long term.

Amazing wedding
The villa was the perfect ceremony, reception and dance floor, we only added a tent for the rainy season.
Bachelorette/Bachelor Trip & Wedding
We stayed with a group of 20 to celebrate our bachelor/bachelorette, and then family came to join us towards the end of the week for our wedding which we held in the beautiful and spacious backyard that overlooks the beach. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a comfortable stay. Breakfast was freshly prepared for us when we woke up each day. The staff was truly incredible and made the stay even better than expected. You also get access to the Langosta Beach Club included with your stay at Morabeza, which was lovely and a convenient walk down the beach from the Villa.
You can’t beat the location of Villa Morabeza. A short walk on the beach to the main town of Tamarindo, but just far enough away that you feel like you have your own private beach in your backyard. The Villa is in a gated community, the house is gated, and additionally they have a security guard there for you at night so you feel extremely safe at all times. Definitely would recommend booking with Elite Beach Villas & we hope to go back soon
Once in a lifetime, intimate wedding
On wedding day, the staff cooked breakfast for the entire group and cleaned up the whole house in preparation for the wedding. They moved furniture early so other vendors (bar, florist, rentals) could get in and set up. The entire time, they were very attentive and took care of all deliveries to the house so we didn’t have to lift a finger. We wish we could live it all over again!

Breathtaking and Intimate
Karina and her team were easy to communicate from the start. The team was at the villas every day to tidy up, and we hired them to cook for us the morning of the wedding before the getting ready process began.
We got married 9 months ago and our guest still talk about it. We can’t wait to go back!
