I had the privilege of helping plan and coordinate a wedding this past weekend at Hotel Tybee. It was the perfect venue! Jazmin was so much help along the way and on the day of the wedding! I look forward to more weddings at this venue!

We did a small destination wedding and had our reception at Winston’s wine Cellar. It was just the perfect cozy intimate vibe I wanted. You don’t even *need* any decorations in my opinion. Carter was very easy to work with and accommodating for a potential last minute rain location. Theprices were reasonable too. My favorite from the food were the fried green tomatoes , shrimp grit appetizer, mashed potatoes. Guests also complimented the short ribs , key lime pies , salad dressing and green beans. Bar staff and waitstaff were great as well. I would choose this vendor again !

We, along with all of our guests, had the most incredible experience at the Westin Savannah. Throughout the entire wedding weekend, we were blown away by the hospitality of the entire staff—from the front desk team to Aqua Star, the Midnight Sun Lounge bar, and especially those who worked our rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and reception. A special shoutout to Valencia, who was so sweet and attentive to us both nights! Even a year later, our guests are still raving about the hotel and, most of all, the food! We’ve lost count of how many times we’ve heard people talk about the crab cakes and shrimp and grits—it’s become a running joke at this point! Amanda was an absolute dream to work with. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly reassuring throughout the planning process. She answered every question with care, advocated for us every step of the way, and went above and beyond to ensure our vision came to life—including pulling off some truly special surprises for us as a couple, our families, and our bridal party. Thanks to her and the entire Westin team, we had the most perfect rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and wedding reception. She and her team were also incredibly accommodating when it came to coordinating the guest rooms and our room block. Nearly our entire guest list stayed at the Westin, which made the whole weekend feel even more special. Having everyone in one place was amazing, and the Midnight Sun Lounge became our unofficial meet-up spot throughout the weekend outside of the wedding festivities—it was the perfect setting to relax and spend extra time with our loved ones. One of the most impressive aspects of our experience was how seamlessly the Westin team worked with our entire vendor team and day-of coordinator. Everything ran incredibly smoothly and on time both nights, allowing us to truly enjoy the moment without any stress. Their professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference in creating a flawless, unforgettable wedding weekend. Looking back a year later, we still believe choosing the Westin for our wedding was the best decision we could have made. The team made all of our dreams come true, and we already can’t wait to return for future visits to Savannah and the Westin!

There are truly no words to describe how incredible our daughter’s wedding day was—but I’ll absolutely try my best! The Mackey House is, without a doubt, the best wedding venue in Savannah. From the moment we drove down the breathtaking, tree-lined driveway, we knew this was the one. The grounds are absolutely stunning—the gardens, the fountains, the romantic ambiance—it all felt like a scene from a movie. What truly set The Mackey House apart, though, was the exceptional staff. Every interaction was warm, positive, and professional. They were always smiling, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. A huge shoutout to Dave, who served as both the officiant and DJ. His great sense of humor had so many of our guests asking, “Where did you find him?!” He made the ceremony feel personal, heartfelt, and fun—truly unforgettable. And an enormous thank you to Andie from Emerald & Ivy Events. Her bubbly energy, calm presence, and constant support throughout the planning process—and especially on the big day—were invaluable. She guided us through every step with confidence and joy. Even a bit of rain in the forecast didn’t shake this incredible team. Dave tracked the weather closely and made the call to proceed with an outdoor ceremony—and it was perfect. Andie calmly worked behind the scenes with the in-house and vendor teams to ensure we had a solid “Plan B” in case weather forced a change, but we didn’t need it! Not a drop of rain fell during first-look photos or the vows, and the sun even peeked through the clouds as they said “I do.” Pure magic. We loved how each part of the celebration had its own beautifully designed space: cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing—all thoughtfully laid out and seamlessly executed. The bridal suite and groomsmen’s “man cave” were perfect for getting ready. And at the end of the night, the staff packed up all of our decor and belongings, making cleanup and departure a breeze. From start to finish, everything ran flawlessly. The Mackey House team made the entire day feel stress-free—for us, our daughter and son-in-law, and every guest. They treated everyone with such kindness, care, and love—it truly felt like they were part of our extended family. Thank you, Mackey House, for making our daughter’s wedding dreams come true. It was the most magical day, and our guests are still raving about how beautiful and joyful it was! I highly recommend this venue. Their Venue Ambassador, Sabriya's customer service was second to none. I was completely impressed with her professionalism. She was not only friendly but also highly skilled.

what a wonderful place to have a wedding, great atmosphere and very accommodating staff, they seem to know what you needed before you knew you needed it. We were treated like family. I wish i could remember all the names, but unfortunately i don’t, but the wedding planner (Cindy i think) is the best in the business. How can i thank you enough…♥️ and i hate to single out anyone because everyone was wonderful but the short lady with the long dark hair (sure wished i could remember your name) i just want you to know that you’re kind help and words were greatly appreciated by me. so if you’re looking for a great place to say “i do” or anything else in between, Richmond Hill City Center is the place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks for helping make our special day one to remember.

After our Garden wedding ceremony, we hopped on the Savannah Riverboat dinner cruise and had such a great time! They sat my table of 15 at one big table together and we had wristbands so my guests could charge their drinks to the tab. The food was delicious and after dinner, we had fun dancing to the DJ on the top deck! The sunset was beautiful, we watch dolphins and danced the night away. We all had such a great time!

Our wedding day was an absolutely dream! The entire wedding planning process was so easy and organized thanks to Jaime! As a wedding planner, I am very detail oriented and knew what I wanted for my wedding day, and Jaime made it happen! She worked flawlessly with my vendor team to ensure our day was great! I also need to give a shout out to the kitchen staff and chef! At our food tasting, we enjoyed everything they brought out, it was hard to pick what we wanted for our day! Also, a lot of the time at weddings, you see that the food doesn’t always turn out as good the day of the wedding as it was during the tasting. That was not the case here! Every single person at my wedding told us how amazing their food was and how awesome all the appetizers were! I have so many other amazing things to say about this venue and their staff! So so grateful for Jaime and her team! I will definitely recommend The Andaz to my couples in the future!

Our wedding experience with the Forsyth Park Inn was absolutely perfect! From the moment we stepped in the door, everything was smooth and wonderful. Our room was beautiful, with a view of the park, and the staff was super helpful with taking our bags up. Gary gave us a tour of the inn, showing us the veranda and the parlor, where refreshments were served. Everyone was super accommodating of my wife’s dairy allergy too, with our daily breakfast, wedding cake, and chocolate covered strawberries!  Bobbie Jo, the inn’s wedding planner, was amazing! She is kind, professional, and had the entire day go without a hitch. The rehearsal the afternoon before was super informative and easy to follow. Even before we arrived at the Inn, Bobbie Jo made sure we had answers to all our questions, even ones we hadn’t thought to ask. The actual wedding day was everything I could have dreamed. Thanks to the list of vendors the Inn sent me, picking a hair & make-up artist and wedding photographer was a breeze. Our room was spacious enough for my whole family to have lunch and get ready. The Inn also did a great job in keeping my wife and I separated until the ceremony for the before pictures. The Inn is so beautiful, the ceremony and pictures are stunning! The garden courtyard was perfect, with the rose petal trail leading in. All of the details were taken care of for us, included in our package, such as the flowers, cake, Bobbie Jo herself, and the pastor marrying us. Even after the ceremony, when we returned to the inn after dinner, we had champagne, flutes, and chocolate covered strawberries delivered to our room. Every part of this experience truly helped create the wedding I’ve dream of my whole life and elevated it beyond anything I could have imagined! I highly recommend having your wedding at the Forsyth Park Inn; we cannot wait to stay there again! PS they’re also queer friendly.
