From our very first tour, we knew Chateau 1800 was the one. The level of customer service and professionalism we experienced right away made it clear they would deliver on every promise. And they did!
Bri was incredible from start to finish. She doesn’t miss a single detail. With her years of experience, she offered thoughtful insight, helpful suggestions, and valuable feedback that helped shape our entire day. She kept us organized with a clear checklist leading all the way up to the big day—and even on the day itself.
One of the most memorable touches was her suggestion to include a swing cake table—something I had never heard of before! It turned out to be such a beautiful and unique addition to our reception, and our guests are still talking about it.
On the day of our wedding, we had the pleasure of meeting her assistant, Sha-Real. Together, Bri and Sha-Real were a dream team. They made sure every detail was handled, kept things perfectly on schedule, and most importantly, ensured that my husband and I felt relaxed, joyful, and completely taken care of throughout the entire day.
