what a wonderful place to have a wedding, great atmosphere and very accommodating staff, they seem to know what you needed before you knew you needed it. We were treated like family. I wish i could remember all the names, but unfortunately i don’t, but the wedding planner (Cindy i think) is the best in the business. How can i thank you enough…♥️ and i hate to single out anyone because everyone was wonderful but the short lady with the long dark hair (sure wished i could remember your name) i just want you to know that you’re kind help and words were greatly appreciated by me.

The only issue we had that day way there was another company there that day playing very loud music and the lyrics were explicit. The music was off and the company was gone by the time of my daughters wedding, but during the whole set up we had to listen to that.

This experience at the City Center in JF Gregory Park in Richmond Hill, Georgia was excellent. Caitlin was handling two wedding that I know of and she and her staff were very professional and caring about us and our guests. All the way thru the panning she and I kept in contact with each other. I will recommend the City Center to my friends and family. What a beautiful place for a Wedding.

The Richmond Hill City Center was a wonderful company to work with! They were all so attentive and great at communicating and getting back to me quickly. They provided so many great qualities to our wedding day. I would highly recommend their venue and staff to anyone!!!

If we could do our big day all over again we would chose to have our wedding reception and ceremony at the City Center every single time. From the very beginning, Beverly was so extremely helpful and flexible. Up until the morning of she was checking in to make sure we were getting what we needed and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. She allowed us to get there as early as we needed and even let us keep some of the chairs outside so we could avoid unnecessary fees from other vendors. The staff was so friendly and worked so hard to make sure we were doing okay and satisfied with the food, lighting, drinks, and set up. Beverly and her staff of servers, bartenders, assistants and chefs are hands down the best around. Every guest had so many compliments and not one person had a complaint about the food. Even when some guests needed specific changes to their plate they immediately adjusted the meal for them. The food was absolutely amazing. The chicken Marsala, Georgian salad and banana pudding were to die for. I can’t say enough good things about this venue and the team working there! Thank you all so much. Scott and I are so so thankful!

The venue was great and worth the money. Very reasonable compared to other places. Definitely recommend this venue!

The biggest perk of choosing to have my wedding and reception at the city center was Caitlin. She kept everyone in the loop throughout the whole planning process, any questions I had she immediately answered, and really helped my day go smoothly. Ultimately she was better than the day of planners that were hired. RH City Center is a gorgeous location and the food was honestly fantastic, I was bummed I couldn’t take leftovers. Overall, you won’t be disappointed booking your wedding here!

My experience at the Richmond Hill City Center was professional, accommodating, and filled with memories for a lifetime! The venue is absolutely breathtaking! I planned our wedding about 8 months ahead of time. During that span of time, we had the opportunity to work with Caitlin Young, Catering & Conference Sales Manager! Besides the beauty of the venue, she is the reason we decided to pick the Richmond Hill City Center as our place to wed! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Caitlin answered all of my many questions from the time that we booked the venue until the day of the wedding. Planning a wedding is usually so stressful for a bride especially for 200 guests, however because of Caitlin; Richmond Hill City Center was never a component of my stress. My mom, her friend and I enjoy decorating so we were more hands of with decorations. We used many family antiques to dress the hall. Caitlin assured us that the Richmond Hill Staff would flip the room without any issues during cocktail hour. She was true to her word! Once the guest went out to the veranda, they reentered the room and it was totally transformed! It looked like a magazine! The guests were so impressed and so were my new husband & I! For dinner service we decided to have a plated dinner and the staff was so professional and attentive. The food was top notch (5 stars to the chef)! My guest complimented me on the food selection and the beauty of the facilities! Caitlin even stayed during our reception to ensure that our families and friends had the ultimate experience. You think with such an unforgettable experience it would have cost a fortune... however it was absolutely not! We remained under our budget without having to sacrifice the 5 star experiences! As a matter of fact, I enjoyed it so much... I plan to have by future baby shower there! I recommend this venue to someone looking for an excellent experience for a special event.

Wonderful service, people, place, and food!

Can't say enough wonderful things about Caitlin and the Richmond Hill City Center! Caitlin handled virtually all of the details from the time that we booked the venue, and made the entire process so much more enjoyable and less stressful as we started to plan the wedding. I asked for recommendations for other vendors, and everyone she recommended was equally amazing. She designed the room, made the table decorations, and coordinated all aspects of our reception; which allowed us to have a fantastic time with our families and friends. The food was amazing and the serving staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this venue to someone looking to plan wedding.
