  Scott was absolutely wonderful! He set up an initial meeting and have a variety of pieces of work to show us! He was willing to meet us halfway even though we live about 1.5hrs apart! On the wedding day, he arrived early and traveled 2 hours to our venue with no complaint! His prices are beyond reasonable and he makes himself feel like family. There are no awkward poses or uneasiness. Everything feels natural and fun. He got shots that I never even knew that happened until I looked through the photos! We purchased the upgraded book from him & let me tell you, it was so worth it! It was probably the most unique and nicest thing that I've seen! The pictures were positioned perfectly. Everything flowed nicely and the quality was wonderful. Scott is a wonderful photographer who has no problem working with you on anything. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants quality for a great price and comfortable atmosphere! He's awesome!

  Excellent!!!! Scott was great. His price was reasonable and his work was excellent. He was easy going, professional and made me feel at ease. He was on time (even early). And very attentive. He even personally came over to our house after the wedding to deliver our albums. I thought that was really nice, we didn't have to pick it up, he came to us. He put together a beautiful album. When looking through it, it makes you feel like you were in the wedding, it tells a story. He is a true professional, great wedding photographer. I highly recommend him.

  I live in the Philadelphia area and chose to have my wedding in my hometown of Pittsburgh. My husband (Brian) was in charge of finding a photographer. Brian is very detailed oriented and used to be a photographer in high school, so he knows a little bit about photography. Brian would show me pictures all the time and say "this is a good picture, because..." or "this picture isn't crisp". Most if not all of Scott's pictures seem to meet Brian's standards. So we decided to call and make arrangements to meet.
  
  This is where Scott became flexible for us. We could only meet on certain weekends (when we came home to go over wedding details) and also during certain hours of that weekend. Scott made it work. He then told us about the engagement session, which had to be booked the weekend before the wedding, due to our not being available during the week. We chose where we wanted to get them taken and he met us. We met and he took many many pictures, which turned out wonderful. He had our engagement session up within a couple of days for us to look at. We then decided to purchase a couple pictures for our parents and for our signature mat for the wedding, which he had to us 5 days later, just in time to give the pictures to our parents for the rehearsal dinner.
  
  The wedding was no different. Scott arrived at our wedding site before we did to capture the memories that would soon take place. He seemed to be everywhere at once. Taking pictures of me in my dressing room to Brian standing with the guys getting ready for the wedding to start to my family setting up for the wedding. He was everywhere during the ceremony taking pictures from every angle. After the ceremony came the family and group pictures. This was a task because I come from a big family and between Brian and I we have 4 nieces and 1 nephew who are all under the age of 3. Getting them all to stand together was a task in itself, so with the help of parents and Scott's quick finger on the "trigger" we were able to get some really nice pictures. We then took a trolley where he took amazing pictures where he went to great lengths to get angles we didn't think possible.
  
  What I'm really trying to say is, Scott is a wonderful photographer that we would use again and again. He's flexible, upbeat, professional, prompt and efficient. I don't have enough room to write everything but he delivers excellent quality service and pictures. He really takes pride in his work.
  
  On a side note, we would recommend you spend the little extra money to get the upgraded photo book. It is a truly wonderful book that captured all of our great memories, which Scott put together for us.

  I hired Scott for my wedding and I am glad I did. His work is beautiful and he took the time to listen to what we wanted and did it. We did a total of three locations before going to the ceremony not everything was posed it was a little of both. Our online web gallery was up two days after our wedding and we got a nice amount of stuff for the price we paid. When I got the book I was very pleased with how it turned out. He was on top of everything and captured every part of the day. I would highly recommend him to anybody who is getting married.

  I was married July 10th, 2010 at Monroeville Park in Monroeville, PA. Scott did an absolutely AMAZING job and our pictures were just breathtaking. He captured the emotion of the day perfectly and when we look at our pics it takes us right back to our big day! We got a photo book that Scott put together. This man has such artistic ability, not only with photo taking but putting the photos together in such a manner that they tell the story of our wedding far better than even my husband and I could in our own words. I would recommend him to anyone and will use him again in the future for any circumstance that may need a photographer.

I have seen friends wedding pictures that paid thousands and thousands of dollars that haven't even come close to the pics he took of our specials day. His demeanor is very professional but fun and at no point do you feel uncomfortable or like you want it to be over. He's incredibly easy going and funny, this was important for our 4 year old that he be as personable as possible, and he was!

  Scott did a wonderful job with our wedding. He had our photos available online the next day, which was exciting as we could share the pictures with friends and family almost immediately. When we got the DVD of photos, we were amazed at how many pictures he took. Being wrapped up in the hubbub of the day, he did a great job of taking many, many candid photos without us even realizing it! The hardback coffee table book is beautiful, and we had it within a few weeks- not months as most of my friends waited for their professional photos. He even followed us to the lake nearby to take pictures after the wedding and before the reception. Highly recommended, great service, great value. Thanks, Scott!

  The pictures all turned out wonderful and it was a very positive experience. Scott and his assistant were very professional and willing to accommodate guests who wanted to get family shots. Our cake turned out horrible and Scott took pictures from every angle so we could show the bakery what was wrong with it. We would definitely recommend Vogan Photography.

  We highly recommend Scott Vogan for any photography needs. He recently photographed our wedding and we couldn�t be happier. Scott is a very professional guy with top notch equipment. We also received all of our photos on a DVD with a release to allow us to get the photos reprinted anywhere, we found this to be a very important selling point.

  Scott Vogan was a wonderful photographer. My husband and I were looking for someone who would take the candid shots that we desired, to capture the excitement of our family and friends, and to avoid much of the formality (staged pictures) as we could - we found Scott and couldn't be happier. Our pictures provided us with a wonderful reminder of our beautiful day and all those who shared it with us.
  
  The ordering process is a little cumbersome, but the value and quality were worth it.
  
  I would recommend Scott for weddings, graduations, or any other special event.

  He was and is very professional he does beatiful work and for the price you cant beat it. He took so many pictures and he gave me a disk with them all on it, also he gives you the rights to make as many copys of any picture that you want, you dont have to pay more to get more!! Very important!!!!! My husband and I are very satisifed with a job well done!! We couldn't have made a better selecton.

  Scott was very professional, yet very down to earth. As the mother of the bride, with an "out of town" bride and groom, I arranged for the photography services. Scott was extremely easy to work with, yet on the day of the wedding, he put both the bride and groom at ease.   Scott was very professional, yet very down to earth. As the mother of the bride, with an "out of town" bride and groom, I arranged for the photography services. Scott was extremely easy to work with, yet on the day of the wedding, he put both the bride and groom at ease.   I am very happy with my photographs from our wedding!! He did a great job. The only thing I would recommend to future brides is to make sure you leave enough time between the ceremony and reception for formals and pictures with your new husband. By the time we finished with the formals there was no time left for pictures of just me and my husband. I only have 3 photos of use alone. They isn't Scott's fault. That is my fault for not allowing enough time. I LOVE the pictures we did get and I would use Scott Vogan again in a heartbeat!!

  Scott did a beautiful job on our wedding pictures. I was most impressed by his quick turn around time on getting us our cd within just a few days. He mixed and mingled well with the wedding guest and a good time was had by all. I would highly recommend him for your special day because he helped make ours the happiest day of our lives.
