    Best food!

    Two Forks Catering Company was hands down the best choice for catering for our wedding!! Jeff and Christina were a dream to work with and helped make our wedding food dreams come true! My husband and I are both picky eaters and they worked with us to create a menu that was absolutely DELICIOUS for everyone!! Jeff even helped us add an additional appetizer for cocktail hour that was something my husband and I both wanted but they did not originally have on the menu. They even helped us pick signature cocktails that turned out better than I could’ve imagined! Two Forks Catering Company is seriously the best you will not regret picking to work with Jeff and Christina!!

    Our wedding food was AMAZING!!! The catering was part of our package with Mia Bella Vita. When we went for our tasting, all of the food was great. Our menu ended up being two appetizers: chipotle meatballs and goat cheese and apple pastry (to die for!). Entrée was Chicken Campagnola (unbelievable, especially that sauce). We had the Fall salad, mashed potatoes, green beans, and fettucine pasta. The caterers made me a plate and brought it to me as soon as I sat down, so we didn't have to go through the buffet line. I was hoping for leftovers afterwards, but our guests loved the meal, too, and decimated it! Highly recommend.

    Two Forks Catering was the caterer included in my package (Mia Bella Vita). From our first tasting to the reception, their food was delicious! They were very responsive to any questions I had regarding food and very professional! Everyone loved the quesadilla corners and raspberry chipotle meatballs!!! Yum!

    I cannot express how perfect it was to have Two Forks Catering cater our big day! Susan was so helpful throughout the wedding process. She was very flexible and always answered my questions quickly and clearly. They have a wide variety of menu choices for all budgets. On the day of, the catering team arrived on time and everything they were involved in went so smooth. Not to mention that the food was delicious and the portions were perfect! They even helped to cut and serve the cake! We were so thankful for Two Forks Catering and would completely recommend their services!

    Everything tasted wondeful, meatball appetizers, lasagna, ceasar salad, mixed vegetables and chicken alfredo. All of our family and friends are still talking about our food we had that evening. They also provided bar services and our signature drink was delicious and light. They will work with your budget and offered cake slicing services. They offer basic and china dinnerware.

    We decided to get Italian food for our wedding, so we went with Two Forks Catering (Hasta La Pasta or Lasagna House). The food was WONDERFUL and same with the service. The price is very high, which is the only negative I have for them...
