Beginning their journey with a small convenience store, owners Chip and Jo Manning know the power of hard work and perseverance. The duo has grown their business exponentially through their family-first ethos and delicious food. Sharing its signature flavors around Texas since 1981, C&J Barbeque works with couples to create the perfect menus to bring guests together and get the party started.

C&J Barbeque provides catering for weddings of all sizes, from 50 to 3,000 guests. Specializing in authentic Texas barbeque, the team can also work with couples to create a custom menu for their special day. Delicious food is not just to be enjoyed on the wedding day, and couples can have their rehearsal dinner and any other event leading up to the big day catered for by C&J Barbeque too.

Everything was great!

Everything was great. The price was on point. Everyone loved the food and it was a very quick set up and delivery and they took care of everything for us. Would definitely use them again!

Fantastic!!

C&J was absolutely fantastic! We got the brisket, chicken, green beans, potatoes, and macaroni and everything was perfect! Plenty of food was provided and leftovers were packed up for us to take back! We’ve gotten so many compliments on how delicious the food was! Highly recommend.

Always a Home-Run for Hospitality

C&J's always pulls through on our events! They are flexible and work with all of the dietary restrictions. The communications were consistent and clear. Their staff are always super friendly and helpful plus the food was amazing! Plenty for everyone and they packaged up the leftovers well so it was easy to transport. Looking forward to using them for future events.
