Operating out of Houston, Texas, BB's Tex-Orleans Tomball is a wedding catering company that offers traditional and authentic Louisiana-style cooking infused with a Texan twist. Initially opened in 2007 by founder Brooks Bassler, this business began in a 1,100-square-foot space. With a menu inspired by Bassler’s grandmother Maw Maw, their family recipes, and plenty of research, the restaurant has grown and thrived.
