User2128821 Sent on 05/12/2015I can not say enough about Krista. From the very beginning she was so helpful with planning our wedding. From the timeline she wrote for us, advice on how to get the most out of our photography, and just really getting to know us to try and learn what was most important to us on our wedding day. The day of our wedding, I can't tell you how many times I thanked her, she was literally a life saver. She put on all the guys boutonnieres, bustled my dress, remembered every single person I wanted for family shots when my mind went blank, she even remembered my husband and I's favorite drink and had one for us as we went to take pictures. She instantly made my wedding party feel relaxed, cracking jokes and laughing with them. It instantly made everyone at ease, and the pictures absolutely reflected that. She made my family feel important by making sure she got shots with everyone. My husband and I come from a divorced family, that both remarried, so needless to say it was a production. Krista didn't even flinch. She got through all of them and my family raves about them. Besides all the extra stuff Krista provides, her talent is like no other. She loves the work she does, and it absolutely comes through. Her personality is fun and witty which is nice on your wedding day with your nerves on edge. I would absolutely recommend Krista to everyone I know. -

Not only does this woman have an amazing artistic view but she also treats you with the deepest respect and truly values the time she has with you. She makes sure that you feel comfortable and that you're happy. my husband and I never want to get in front of a camera because we're so nervous of how's the pictures will make us look. I can tell you right now, we were extremely happy and awe struck with every single picture that Truth Be Told Photography took. We highly recommend this company for any of your photography needs. -

Erika Sent on 10/13/2013Krista was absolutely amazing!! When I first met with her, we just clicked and I had to have her as our wedding photographer. She's such a cool person and really makes you feel comfortable. My husband and I were a little nervous when we went to take engagement pictures and she made it so easy! By the time our wedding day came, it was like hanging out with an old friend. It seemed that she captured all the important moments of the day but was never noticeable or in the way. I can't wait to see all of our pictures, which I know will be ridiculously gorgeous just judging from the sneak peek we've seen so far! Krista's pricing is so reasonable too. For the quality of her work, she could easily be charging double her price now and I would pay it!! I'm just so excited to have someone like her who we get along with so easily who can now be our photographer for our future babies and family pictures!!Truth Be Told Photography's reply:

User2133898 Sent on 05/15/2015My now husband was actually the one who found Krista. She was shooting a corporate event for a company he works for and he asked her for her card. When he handed it to me, I really honestly thought there was no way I would book someone my husband thought was good, I mean, he can't even match his clothes half the time. But her business card was gorgeous so I decided to check her out. Wow... I was floored. I feel instantly in love with her work and I can't tell you how incredibly helpful she was for the entirety of the wedding process. Her humor and sarcasm made my husband feel comfortable, and not awkward, he HATES his picture being taken, so with Krista making light of things it really helped him to calm down. The pictures are stunning, there are so many moments that she captured so perfect. I literally cry when I look at them, especially since the passing of my grandmother. She made her feel so special, we even got a gorgeous picture with her and my mom. I can not say enough wonderful things about Krista, she is exactly the kind of person you want next to you capturing your big day!

Shannon Sent on 08/14/2013Krista did a wonderful job with our wedding photos. They came out beautifully. Her style is very dreamy, ethereal, and romantic, perfect for a wedding! Her pricing is very fair compared to so many others.
Not only that, it was a pleasure having her with us on the day of the wedding. She was able to put me and especially my husband (who hates having his photo taken) at ease, and went above and beyond throughout the day, grabbing us drinks right after the ceremony, even helping my bridesmaids re-wrap their bouquets right before we left the house as they were starting to come apart!! She was very relaxed and laid back, and that helped everyone else to feel relaxed as well. In addition, she was very flexible with us when we had to change our wedding date about 6 months before, and did not charge us another deposit which was nice as changing our date was very stressful! -

User2069029 Sent on 03/17/2015Krista was rude and unprofessional on all accounts. When booking we sat down and discussed things she appeared organized & friendly but as soon as I signed the contract with her she became inflexible and difficult to deal with. We had to take time off of work for engagement photos because she refused to do them on a weekend or after 5pm. We wanted to experience her and get to know her before our wedding so we sucked it up and took the time off. The pictures were horrible, my friend could have taken better pictures with her iphone and it took 5 months to get them back.... so much for save the dates. I had another session with her which I ended up unhappy with and again the pictures took months longer than I was told to get back. That session was supposed to be private, yet there was another person there the whole time and she was rotating us in and out and taking pictures of both of us even though I paid for a PRIVATE session. After the 2nd chance I spoke to her and told her I did not want her to do my wedding I was even ready to eat my non refundable deposit but she begged me to give her the chance and assured me she could do what I was asking for. Come wedding day and about 7 months pregnant (her) she was down right rude to my other wedding vendors, the resort staff, my guests, and ME. She flat out told me no when I asked her to take pictures in a certain spot because it was "too small" of a room. She was caught laying down on the couch in the lobby during my wedding, complained to the grooms mother that she was getting served her meal last, and tried to solicit business from another engaged couple at my wedding. After all was said and done she posted my pictures on Facebook before even telling me they were ready. I spoke with her then and expressed more of my concerns and she accused me of "making it all up". There are a FEW good pictures, however of those few there is clearly a spot on her lens that makes the picture look like crap.
